This feels like GS trying to up Wiggins' trade value. No one wants the athletic but unmotivated guard who's averaging 11 ppg and making 25 million and provides literally nothing else. NO ONE.

Trading Wiggins will require GS to attach ++assets.

We have this leverage right now, where we are willing to trade Pascal, but only if you give up the good youngsters like Jonathan Kuminga and Keegan Murray. It's just a waiting game now to see who caves first, otherwise we'll probably just re-sign Pascal.

But at that point, why would they even want to make a trade?

I get them wanting to trade Hield since he's most likely gone in the offseason but they have no incentive to trade their youngsters for a gamble. Having cost controlled youth is the most valuable thing in the nba aside from having stars/superstars.

I guarantee you pascal will not end up philly.

Philly has been prioritizing max cap space for over a year. Siakam is the only max player available this offseason and he has Rico Hynes/Nurse/Embiid connection there. Pretty hard to say that lol.

Even if that were true, the are other teams who can do it. Did anyone see Houston signing Fred? Getting full of yourself and playing a game of chicken where you can be left with nothing or much less than the guys true value will only make Masai look foolish.

man Pacers having interest for Wiggins is hilarious. Would they take the risk and give up Hield's expiring and hope he regains form? Cause if we can get Moody/Podz and trade Wiggins for Hield in a Siakam deal, thats not bad, imo. Podz/Moody look like the winning impact type players you'd need around IQ-Barnes-StarJ
