I don't mind a Warriors trade but I don't really want Kuminga. His lack of shooting and poor decision-making gives me Precious Achiuwa vibes. What team could we flip him to for a better fit?

I honestly expect a deal soon...

For several reasons:
- Haliburton out for a couple weeks, Pacers would want to stay afloat in the standings with a relatively tough stretch of games coming up.
- Warriors could fall out of the playoff race if they stand pat till the deadline. At that point, they'd have blown their shot at one last run at the title with Steph.
- Raptors have a glaring hole at the center position to address with Poeltl out indefinitely.

*Golden State could attach a future first round pick as well.

Quickley/Schroder
Barrett/Trent
Barnes//Hield
Smith/Kuminga/Porter
Poeltl/Looney/Boucher

why would the Pacers move Hield and Smith for Wiggins? Pretty sure any picks involved would need to go to them otherwise it's a massive L

Depends on high the Pacers are on Wiggins. If they believe a change of scenery can help him revert back to his championship winning ways, then trading Hield (an expiring) & Smith doesn't seem all too bad.

NBA scouts from a couple of Eastern Conference teams sat a row behind the Toronto media at the Clippers game and, as soon as they spotted a familiar face, the question rang out: “What do you think they’ll do with Siakam?”

A few days earlier, in a friends-and-family area just outside the visitors' locker room, a couple of high-profile agents milling about were asking the same question.

It likely wasn’t intentional but members the brass — president Masai Ujiri, general manager Bobby Webster, vice-president of basketball strategy Keith Boyarsky and chief scout Patrick Engelbrecht — were on all or part of the trip to lend more intrigue.

Who did they talk to? What did they see? Did Webster chat with Sacramento Kings general manager Monte McNair? Was that Ujiri huddled with Golden State GM Mike Dunleavy Jr. in San Francisco? Why was Engelbrecht around? That was Boyarsky joining the group for dinner, right?

The Chase Center was a sight to behold. Webster was on his phone, Ujiri chatted with Boyarsky and then with Webster before breaking off from the trip. Everyone seemed to be eyeing each other a bit warily.

There have been a lot of pre-deadline road trips over the years when the possibility of a Raptors trade was real. None had the feeling of an imminent move more than this one.

I don't think anyone is that high on Wiggins. They would need someone like Kuminga coming back to make it worthwhile. Even if Hield is an expiring he's essential to their offense, they're not just gonna give him up for a shot in the dark on Wiggins of all people

I don’t believe the Pacers want Wiggins but let’s have some fun:

Toronto trades: Pascal to GSW
GSW trades: Wiggins and Kuminga to the Pacers, Moody and Garuba to the Raptors
Pacers trade: Toppin, Bruce Brown, Walker to the Raptors.

Raptors walk away with Moody, Toppin, Bruce Brown, and Walker for Pascal. Not terrible IMO.

I am sensing Masai cooking up a 3 teams trade with GS and a dumb organization like the Wizards to reroute big contracts like Wiggins or CP3

No matter how high they are..that's giving up way too much for Wiggins.

Great deal for Raptors and Warriors at the expense of the Pacers.

More and more somewhat realistic trade offers people come up with the more and more it seems obvious the best option is to resign the guy.

Why do the Pacers want Wiggins so much? This seems far fetched from the source

I wouldn't trade Hield straight up for Wiggins right now if I were Indiana. Let alone while throwing in Smith.
