I don't even follow football but it feels good to have a team people are actually excited for

Michigan winning the National Championship and the Lions winning a home playoff game and getting to host another. Dan Campbell and Detroit Lions culture is what the Pistons need some of. Not sure they will ever get there with the current leadership.

If the Lions can win a playoff game, there is hope for our Pistons

Not this season. The Pistons lack of success is the price paid for the Lions success

ACtually, the Lions are proof of how quickly things can change with the right leadership. There's a talent base to work with here but absolutely zero leadership. The Lions were 0-10-1 in Dan Campbell's first 11 games, 3-13-1 in the first season then 1-6 just last season and have gone from outhouse to penthouse in a year and a half. There's hope but the Lions desperately need a real leader to steer the ship and of course, better players more team oriented players that play winning basketball.

Watched the last few minutes on Universo/Telemundo. American football in Spanish is ¡ay, caramba!
Of course, it's still weird to me that we have a professional NFL team after SO many decades of not.
I'm glad to see that Stafford's continuing the tradition of not winning a playoff game with Detroit.

36 million average viewers for the Lions/Rams game of which 32 million watched on NBC which makes it the most watched of anything during "Prime Time" on TV since last year's super bowl. Impressive for sure. I believe it was the 2nd most watched wild card playoff game behind only the Cowboys/Packers (which wasn't in a "Prime Time" slot)
