That crowd was loud and pretty energetic for not having a true vested interest for either team..
You talk about shocked, Miller Park was probably the most shocked of all. My friend and I showed up about 20 minutes late and stood in line for a good 15 minutes to get into the park still. The concession stands took forever because they were understaffed. The bottom two levels were completely full with the exception of the bleacher sections. Just a crazy night.
The Indians made a whole bunch of new fans in Milwaukee tonight. The Angels made a few themselves. Just one crazy night of baseball

Yeah my friend and I waited for about 20 minutes to get tickets and then we went during the 5th inning to get food but after waiting for 20 minutes and the line not moving ONE INCH we gave up. We just went to mcdonalds after.

I was there in section 230 with my friend. That slow wave was historic.
I was in 231 for about 2 innings, then we moved to right field bleachers. The slow wave was great

Sounds like a great time. I was planning on going to the game tonight, but with the snowstorm coming today my plans will have to change. I hope MLB looks at how MIlwaukee fans turn out for games and in the future will not think twice about sending a cold weather team/game to Miller Park.
For the people who were there, did they do "roll out the barrel"?

That was fun, I'm going again tonight. The Slow Mo Wave was sweet. Hopefully they prepare more for tonight. in the 8th inning they ran out of hot dogs, buns, hamburgers. And if you wanted a beer you had to wait about an hour unless you wanted to try and flag down a beer guy.
"didnt you watch the game with the raptors?bucks is also a playoff team ,they have enough ability to find wins from dalas and utach,

I hope that attanasio takes notice of this turnout and level of excitement itself at the game. If he would put a few series at cheap prices maybe we'd get that many fans at games too. for example the freaking cubs games, so maybe we'd have more fans there. I think this is great for Milwaukee and i'm proud to be baseball fan here.

The Cubs games are higher prices because they usually sell out or come close. The first two games of the Cubs-Brewers series well sell outs, why would you lower ticket prices? Lower ticket prices for weekday games against teams that don't garner much interest.

hmm...yeah i guess you're right...i was thinking more for support and excitement and all that. forgot about the money for a little bit. but damn, that would be fun as hell. i mean, the brewers clicking later in the year..lots of fans showing up...it really would be like major league except the brewers.

Strictly rumor from your friend. No talks of that just yet
