I voted Wallace, but this is true. They actually selected the player that most on this board wanted. I didn't think it was a bad pick when it happened. I was excited he fell.

Numbers don't lie, Jett Howard and JHS looked poor analytically.

TDJ looked amazing analytically and looks like he'll at least have a long 12-15 year career making the MLE. Well worth any 2nd pick.

Never wanted Gradey…made that VERY clear months in advance because I’ve always believed he’ll never be more than a role player.

Going into the draft wanted Coulibaly but once he was gone my fall back was Keyonte and when Whitmore fell I thought we should grab him. But if we didn’t I said considering we had lost Fred & Gary clearly wasn’t going to be what we hoped to take Keyonte and for me Bufkin was just a pick that I’d be ok with but I wasn’t as high on him as some. I actually didn’t realize how many people here wanted Dick lol (yes both pun & player) but I still laugh how much people argued with me how he was supposedly a “steal” and the right pick.

Maybe he’ll act as a lesson to both the FO & some of this fan base to not want to use the draft to address a need but to remain BPA as we did with Scottie.

Any player drafted (that's not a big) that can't handle the ball effectively at the NBA level is going to be severely handicapped to begin their career. It seems when Gradey has the ball for longer than 3 secs, more bad things happen than good.

i will admit i wanted Gradey mainly because i felt he had a high floor (be a Corey kispert in the worst case scenario). Unfortunately he just forgot how to shoot.

I wanted Wallace but didn’t think he would slip to 13. I don’t believe in Hawkins long-term but can’t deny he looks so much better than Gradey. Podz and Jaquez are legit and seem to play the right way.

I think it is the opposite, he wasn't projected that high, as his ceiling is a role player.
Furthermore, we already have a prospect in Koloko, so drafting another C is not necessary.
Most people who watched prospects are interested in Guards.

Didn't vote for doesn't really mean didn't want. I picked a guy gone at 7 which seemed unlikely, but didn't hate the Raptors pick at 13 when it all shook out.
