The white flag has not needed to be raised. It’s been clear to anyone watching that this group for whatever reason wasn’t “it”.

It’s been more fun post OG, but not necessarily better.

Next let’s get what we can for Dennis, Otto, Thad, Boucher and maybe even Poeltl.

An interesting thought to share… if the reported framework was suitable for both sides the deal would be done already.
Masai/Bobby are probably trying to push back a FRP for a better quality young player coming back.
Wouldn’t be surprised to see Walker and Stewart as the “filler” along with Brown and just 2 FRP’s (maybe even one?)

I agree that they need to be looking at deals for Thad's expiring, Boucher, Dennis, Gary and even Yak as well. I'd say McDaniels too but dude has no value lol.

Maybe Poeltl and Temple to Dallas for Holmes, OMax and Josh Green. If the value is bad maybe the Mavs throw in some 2nds. We take on Holmes contract plus assets and Mavs upgrade at C.

Maybe Masai liked what he saw in French Giannis. Would be hard to out tank Memphis though. Imagine if Spurs get Saluan at #7 and he turns into a superstar
