I think best you could argue in court would be involuntary manslaughter

To prove murder, you need to prove intent, and I think Thibs would be able to make the case for himself that he wasn't trying to kill him, it just happened that way.

Since 19-20 FVV is averaging 25-7-5 vs the Knicks on 43% 3PT (11 attempts per game).

Look out for Jabari Smith to bury 3-4 threes from deep (Randle will not be closing out).

Tari Eason is a superb defender who will give fits to the second unit.

Cam Whitmore will outplay Grimes and even Jeff Green will somehow hit a couple threes. Sengun possible triple double.

Loss.

Depth certainly took a hit to bring in OG. But the OG move was a precursor move to have better fitting roster pieces. Short term it could hurt us especially if there are injuries to key players.

Rumor that Brunson is playing tonight. If so we win. If not we lose again and maybe that will wake up the FO to solidify or bench/depth before we slide out of playoff contention and are fighting for a play in spot!!

The honeymoon phase with OG was fun.

His positives are evident. Elite versatile defender who can shoot and cut well on offense. Can fit alongside any star and be a legit championship piece. A ceiling raiser. We were always going to need somebody like him eventually, so we just got the real deal.

His negatives are also becoming evident though. Raps fans did say watching OG try to create can be frustrating. He seems to lose the ball, trip, or fumble half the time he tries to do it. When he pulls it off it’s beautiful and teases some more upside, but most of the time he doesn’t.

Id like to see us get him on the move more. 1-2 dribbles at most. He doesnt just have to stand in the corner but he also shouldnt be trying to do too much. There can be a middle ground.

With OG’s shooting, size, athleticism, and off ball movement he should be able to average closer to 18-20 ppg even with a mediocre handle and limited iso moves. Run more plays for the guy to get him to his spots.

Im hoping there is still more offensive potential with him, especially if we’re going to pay him the most on the team soon. We just need to mostly play to his strengths while trying to incorporate new wrinkles in his game slowly. That seems to be what we’re doing, but with Brunson out OG’s lack of creativity has been more obvious.

Being patient has paid off nicely for him so far. So I don't mind waiting until closer to the deadline if the move we end up making is a good one. If he just sits on his hand and roles into the playoffs with this team as is, then I'll be complaining with y'all.

i don't want it either but if the plan is the trade has to happen this summer he's a possibility. i'm pretty sure they'll play him at the 4 like the wolves do at least. so randle will be gone.

Should be looking at moving Randle sooner than later while his stock is relatively high. When he sucks it up again this playoffs, he's gonna lose all suitors.
