Obviously a huge change in the franchise and it's direction.

Where does everyone stand?

I like it. (though I'll miss both Siakam and OG)

RJ
Quickley
Brown
3 1sts
early 2nd
Nwora

Combine those with Barnes, Trent, Dick.

We have a bunch off assets, no bad salaires and own all of our 1sts except for one.

Just hope he can get back to drafting well and then he’s officially back. Lots of recent draft misses. He’s got 3-4 opportunities to make up for this in June

Agreed. Also got rid of the bad assets such as Flynn and Precious.
Masai have built a solid foundation for years to come.

Approved.

I approve it for what we could of gotten once the season started, I disapprove how the whole situation was handled.

I've come off disapprove and could see myself in the approve camp by the end of the deadline.

I had to vote "disapprove" even as a longtime Masai Fan. The fact that were going to give a top 6 pick to the spurs for Jakob (who i like) when our team needs it more then ever, is just unacceptable.

Masai got too arrogant and is now paying the price.

It didn't need to be this way...

correction: currently on pace to give the spurs the 7th overall pick which is the best possible scenario for them.

Not bad. Been really, really impressed with Barrett...probably more so than Quickley so far. Just been incredibly efficient and dependable so far. He's been the nicest surprise. I like Quickley too but as I've said before - maybe he's available for an offer sheet in the summer? Still, you can't be picky in a situation like that and overall, I think he did well.

He did pretty well with the OG trade, not so well with the Siakam trade and I think it has exposed some bad patterns in his execution as a GM.

Overall I'd say I'm pretty neutral towards him at the moment.

The OG trade was the real haul. Siakam for picks is still a wild card because we gotta see who we draft/develop or use in trades to receive. But I approve the deal because we re-set on the fly and finally picked a direction (Scottie's team)

Lets go now

Strongly approve. The return didn't diminish despite Masai giving Siakam and OG several chances to be core players on a contender. OG was offered 3 picks last season and he's valued higher than Siakam due to contract and style of play. Yet we got that same return and more for Siakam.

Quick and Barrett will go down as a steal in the future. We traded for two potential all stars for a player that will never be an all star. That's a big W.

The picks and contracts are versatile. I could see us raising the value of Brown and getting another future first.

I strongly approve of Masai and Bobby. They brought a championship and are good evaluators of talent. I believe in their ability to scout players more so that other scouts.

The return on both the OG and Pascal trades was good, but these trades (particularly the latter) should have been made sooner for even better return. Also, these trades don't undo the absolutely awful Yak trade he made last year.

I'd say I'm "neutral" towards him right now. He's really going to have to nail his picks in the upcoming draft to bring that rating up with me.

Got a worse 3 point shooter in brown at 32% lol.

Disapprove only because this should've all been done 2 years ago. Held on to long.

One thing is for sure FVV, OG, and Pascal can’t say Masai didn’t ride it til the wheels fell off. He stood on business for his guys over the franchise.

No matter how you feel about the process, it is hard not to approve of the end result. It has been painful but having Scottie and the assets to build around him is a win considering where we were.

Whoever strongly approves has some low standards for one of the highest paid management groups in the nba. That rating should be reserved for times like after 2019, not in our current state lol.
