anyone of interest other than the guy pegged at #6?

all the top guys are international players.

I think we lose that pick
but ya they will probably have to take a swing in this draft

I would take a swing at Kevin McCular to be the future starting 2/3

This kid continues to put up crazy numbers in a decent conference. He's got 'raptors' written all over him. From the same city as Scottie too.

I dont known if this was mentioned. J-Dub and Cody Williams are brothers.

*went back a page Bruin mentioned it.

https://cubuffs.com/sports/mens-basketball/roster/cody-williams/16572

Personal: Born Nov. 20, 2004, in San Louis Obispo, Calif., he is the son of Ron and Nicole Williams. Has two older siblings, Jasmine and Jalen. His brother Jalen played at Santa Clara and was the 12th overall pick by the Oklahoma City Thunder in the 2022 NBA Draft. He would like to play in the NBA. Enjoys bowling, golf and watching film. Has done volunteer work in shelters. Chose Colorado over Texas, USC, Arizona and LSU in part because "I love the coaching staff, team and style of play." Had never seen snow in person (prior to Boulder's first fall snow in Oct. 2023).

Only way Masai gets him is top 4 lottery balls

Most current mocks have him late lotto to around pick 20. But I think he’s gonna rise into the mid lotto range

I don’t get same tingles I had for Coulibaly last year but it’s early.

He’ll be top 6 imo, minimum.

Not as good a shooter but might be a bigger/taller Shaeden Sharpe. Hmmm, maybe his floor is Ousmane Dieng?

Like his game but I'd prefer to with someone a bit younger.

He’d be a nice late second round pick

They caught Topić at a really weird moment in that photo:

Fair enough (though there are older prospects people seem to be gaga over). He just strikes me as an nba player - an energy big at worst. A little like Precious with more poise around the basket and better passing instincts, but perhaps without the shooting. I'd strongly consider him with one of our later picks

I like Sarr. I do not see him as a consistent all-star or anything but he does most things you want in a modern big man. He's not a facilitator like Jokic or Sabonis, but that is fine because Scottie is such a good passer and he is already huge for someone with that skill. The thing that sucks is that in the last draft he probably goes 6th, but in this draft he may go as high as #1.

Definitely not. He’s more of a poor man’s Porzingis.

A nice 2nd round to UDFA guy in my opinion is Clifford Omoruyi. He was a star at the combine last year.

6’9”
240
7’6” wingspan

Averaging 10pts/9rebs/3blks

Wooga's teammate is also super intriguing. He's a hot streak away from being a lotto pick with his size, length' fluidity and shooting. You don't find too many 6'8 shooters that move like him (though he's not as explosive as you'd like). In any case, a Wooga & Kyshawn haul would be good business.
