Mo looks out of place here.

Go Magic, Go Dwight, Go Vuc, Go Paolo, Go Keegan :)

Yeah I'm not 100% convinced we are a lock as a playoff team and while we will play teams with subpar records and at home more, it's not a guarantee we'll win.

Can't hit FTs consistently, can't rebound consistently, one of the worst shooting teams in the league and we are injury prone.
We are on track for 42 wins per ESPN BPI.

We would have all taken that at the start

Agreed. Interested to see how this team battles through this rough stretch.

Magic is just not good enough against contending teams in the league. Franz could be one of the key reasons. But our roster is not ready to do things in the playoff. We need to upgrade

Dejounte 15 pts 5 ast at the half in Miami.

Trae is out and he's playing point guard again.

I'm pretty sure that was the number I had in our prediction thread... 42 or 44... can't remember... but the injuries were part of my reasoning.

Who is this bench flamethrower for Philly! And where do we find one???

There you go Jett, how isn't THAT useful in our rotation?
I still believe in Magic! Welcome to the Franz & Paolo era

I know he isn't perfect and can be frustrating sometimes, but I really feel like Moe Wagner is a big part of our identity and success. I don't feel like it was fair to remove him from the rotation. It's not like he played himself out of it. If anything, he has been one of our most consistent players all year. You know what you're going to get from him every night. He's better with Ingles than without Ingles, sure, but that's about the only real variable with him.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

If he can do it outside of garbage time and G League, it's useful.

I'd give him spot minutes (10-15 at most) and see how he handles it, not convinced yet that it'll help us much THIS year.. but in the future.. for sure.

Things are bad right now but there will be an upswing again when the schedule gets easier and we are healthier. We know we're capable of being solid. But going into next season, I don't think you can run it back yet again. They'll have to do something, and hopefully it won't be something that's obviously horrible (like Oladipo and the lottery pick for Ibaka lol).

so you're cool with letting expirings just walk for nothing?

Yeah until him and Paolo get into it and Paolo is asking for a trade. No thank you.

Metrics have him as one of the worst paint defenders in the league. He gets a lot and gives up a lot too. But yeah, he is potent with Isaac/Ingles.. but also means benching one of WCJ or Goga.
