Agreed. If wither guy is really on the table, you need to probe the cost. Assuming they'd be expensive.

Not as exciting as Kuminga or Jones…but Corey Kispert interests me. 6’6 high volume/high % 3 point shooter that can hold his own on D. Washington is committed to Kuzma and Avidja at F and also just drafted Coulibaly. I would kick the tires on what they want for Kispert.

Kispert + Delon Wright for RoCo, Springer, and ?(don’t know what/how many picks they’d want)
I've been interested in him too. A really good shooter. Could Nurse get him to improve on D? If so, could be a very solid rotation player/starter.

Kispert is a scrappy player. Call him a dog or whatever, he's a rugged player who's durable and can really shoot it. He's been on my radar as well.

He's someone that you could actually pair with Embiid in the front court. I'd be down for that as well.

Yeah despite the stereotypes he’s a sneaky good athlete and isn’t a bad defender. Not saying you want him defending the opposing team’s best player or that he’ll ever be an impact defender, but I also don’t think he’s a guy an opposing team is going to “pick on.”

Play him 25-30 mins a night and he could easily be 40% from 3 on 7 attempts/game in our system.

Kispert is destined to end up in Miami on a dirt cheap deal where he will average 18 ppg in an ECF.

I read somewhere they were looking to move him and adults for an upgrade, not sure we’d have what they want, but if it was a pick or some such I would be interested

Not sure if this was covered, I am just posting on General Principle-

Bleacher Report says that the Kings want Tobias Harris if we need a 3-team-trade in order to complete a trade for "another star" ... it said they like the idea of putting him next to my man Sabonis & Fox and he also has an expiring-contract.

Again just posting for people who might be interested in reading it. I'm not taking a position one way or the other , other than to say that I have always really liked Tobias Harris and never understood the hate he got on here. I agree, overpaid. If we did not give him every penny of the max deal he wanted, someone else would have quite immediately. Would have been nice to keep Jimmy Butler also but hey.

I'm not going to pretend I know what Sacto is thinking, but I posted a Tobias for Barnes and Huerter trade on their board and their fans were down.

However, unless PG13 doesn't sign an extension, the star Morey wants will not be currently available. And I'm not sure who else Morey could possibly be targeting this summer.

Someone else should have given Tobias that contract, btw. Would've been much better off.

I'd read that with Bitadze playing more, and with Wagner as well, center isn't such a big need for them. Banchero at the 4. They've just been hit with so many injuries that they could use depth and an upgrade at PG. For us to be involved realistically, we would probably need to involve a 3rd team. The more I think about it, the less likely it seems. Rats.

You would decline this trade? You serious? Its a ludicrous trade that won't happen because the Sixers didnt give up nearly enough. The Bulls are not looking to dump Lavine's salary. If they lowered the price on him many teams would be interested. The Lakers would give up a first (albiet it wouldnt be for a few years) and Austin Reaves for Lavine in a heartbeat. Why do you guys have such irrational hatred of players. Im going to guess its Lavine. Yes, Lavine is garbage he only had like four years straight of almost 50, 40, and 90 on high usage. I get it he is injury prone and has a bad contract but this deal would be a no brainer and make the Sixers close to co favorites with the Celtics. Basially we lose one net first round pick and Harris and get Lavine and Grant. Come on dude.
I look forward to watching you praise whatever moves we end up doing at the deadline or offeseason which I guarantee you will be worse then this deal in terms of talent out and talent in.

Yea this trade sucks for Philly. Just dump two of the worst NBA contracts AND take away 2 starters. He’ll no from the Sixers.
Can’t imagine a worse trade for Philadelphia. I’m guessing that’s what you where shooting for.

Not only is Lavine fool's gold. He's even 'Foolier' Gold in a backcourt with Maxey.

I'm declining any trade involving Lavine to Philly. Terrible idea to trade for him. Jerami Grant I could get behind, but no way to Lavine. We'd be better off making a smaller move. Lavine would sink this franchise.

Melton, Furk, top 25 protected first for Herb Jones. I think that'll be enough since they have Murphy, Naji, Ingram, Dyson all at 6'6-6'8 area and will all need to be re-signed in the next couple of years.

Stein came out and said the Herb Jones report was BS unfortunately.
