-DaRon Holmes 8.3 oBPM vs 3.7 dBPM and .181 oWS/40 vs .083 dWS/40 (Dayton Junior 6'10" PF, unranked)

From your list this guy seems to be the most "Raptory" guy imo. Pick 31 seems a bit high for him though. He's not going to be a star, but I think he's a definite NBA player in some capacity. He's something between an Amir Johnson and Richaun Holmes.

Odds are the spurs end up making the pick.

Watching Pop draft a running mate for Wemby with our pick while we do Scottie dirty by getting him no help is going to suck.

This draft sucks because no clear stars or superstars. Probably low picks can be as good as top picks. For example the Bargnani draft.

And that was just last night. It's almost as if good players have bad games sometimes.

I really have no idea if Sheppard goes top 8, top 15, or top 25.

It really depends on whether Kentucky makes a deep run in March Madness and how the media covers him going into the draft. If he's an afterthought and ignored then he probably goes around #20, unless some team higher up gets enamoured with him.

workouts are going to be even more important in a draft like this. I think you will have some 2nd rounders prior to the process who shoot up into the lottery after a good workout or two.

The draft boards will vary widely and I don't think teams will be as concerned about going "off board" as they typically are. A lot of management teams will just make the safe pick because safe usually doesn't get you fired, but in a draft without much of a consensus, teams will just take the guy they like regardless of where they're picking. A lot of puzzling Bruno at #20 picks coming up.

Once I'm back from a work trip will be looking at the following players

Tidjane Salaun
Kevin McCullar
Yves Missi
Kel'el Ware
Tyler Smith
Zack Edey
Oso Ighodaro
Trey Alexander
Tyler Kolek
PJ Hall
Tristan De Silva
Trevon Brazile
Zvonimir Ivisic

I'll look at other as this draft is very flat talent wise.

Kentucky is stacked every year. Talent has never been their issue. Coach Cal is a great recruiter but a very mid coach

I like Big Z too but I’m gonna wait for a better sample size. Need to see what his main weaknesses are

Just listen to the Kentucky coach speak about him and that will change your opinion instantly.

As if he was Lebron.

Calipari always talks up his players, its part of his job.

Ivisic will be almost 21 by the draft. Physically, he looks weak and should be stronger by this time, I have concerns on the defensive end. Hasn't been on the floor that much and for a big that would worry me. I'd double check the actual height.

On the plus side, the shooting is real, solid passer. TBH, I kind of forgot about him as he's been eligible for past 2 drafts. So at this stage, he should be more polished than the 18-19 yr olds out there.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

If we did keep our pick I'd pick Rob Dillingham easily.

The more I look at these guys, the more I hope we just convey the pick. There's no one in that 4-12 range that really gets me excited other than for the kentucky guards, but they might just be more overlap with IQ.

I'm on the same boat, but don't forget Dennis will be an expiring next year. So getting Dillingham would be his eventual replacement.

I completely disagree

I think the weakness of this draft was very overblown only towards superstars at the top..

there's a bunch of guys who could be franchise core pieces..

Perfect raptors fits..

- Cody Williams
- Sarr
- Risacher
- Salaun
-Dillingham
-Walter
-Topic
-Sheppard

There's 8 already I'm confident in as prospects and any of them could be the best one..

maybe the perfect year to have a top 8 pick

:(

It would totally be a Raptors thing to luck out and win the lottery in a supposed weak draft. But yea, would rather convey it this year in hopes of keeping our 2025 pick.

If the Raps end up 6th, I'd take one of them for sure.

But chances are, the raps are in the top 4 or they give up their pick.
