We're trading Lowry for my boy Nando, and Cash Considerations. At 4 inches tall Spo sees Considerations as a 5 next to Bam

What? I follow a few co-workers and if I changed jobs I'd probably unfollow all of them except the ones I'm close friends with. It's nice to know what's going on with your coworkers which could create situations but no need to follow them if I'm not working with them.

You’re petty my guy

Why in the hell would I keep following someone I no longer care to know what they're doing? It's just weird to follow people you don't care about getting updates for... the people I see doing that usually are doing it to have that person also follow them for the numbers. I barely follow anyone outside of the realm of basketball.

I am out of touch with the following etiquette. Are there rules to this? Been years since iv clicked follow for anyone.

Well, they better phukin want it.

Put that tweet in a poster and if we don't make a trade we hand this out outside the triple-A before a game. Suppose they talk about commitment to winning. We all raise that tweet in the arena. Every time we lose and they say "We like our team", we raise that tweet.

Jimmy wanted him and gave the blessing for the trade, they’re boys. He single handedly beat the Celtics twice last playoffs, that’s more than Herro has done in his entire playoff career. To top it off Hardens skillset is exactly what we’ve been missing
First, it's not more than Tyler Herro has done (his rookie run is far more impressive than Harden coming away another series) and please, learn from history. Harden is who he is. A rolling stone gathers no moss. This guy isn't staying anywhere. He's become a cancer everywhere he's gone. I don't care if Jimmy approved the deal, Harden would obliterate this team from the inside, out.

You doubt Spo, Patrick, Jimmy, and Bam then. I don’t
Got nothing to do with them, it's got everything to do with him. He's a crap team mate and not dedicated to putting in the work. Far too much evidence supporting that position

Kyle is still a part of the Heat until Woj tells us otherwise, I could not fathom being a 40 year old man and getting butt hurt and the first thing you do is run to social media and take the Heat out of your bio and unfollow 1 player on the team.

That is childish as fuxk

Plus that nasty beard is full of infectious stripper diseases . Harden on South Beach wouldn't end well. And just having him on this roster would irk me to no end. He's been like the anti Wade his whole career and many fools try and compare him to Wade. I can't stand to watch him play let alone in a Heat jersey. Thank god we never got that desperate.

Who said it was the first thing he did? Butler's buddy kind of posted that it looks like it's happening so I'd expect Lowry has known this for a while, could even be why he's slumping now because he's told he's officially being shopped and today he found out it's probably happening.

It's just odd how much a follow means to people, I see it as just a data point that seems to indicate him leaving the team, it's probably as simple as he's expecting to no longer be a teammate and doesn't need to see his old team succeed while he's being dumped to a bad team at the end of his career.

Do you have a link to Jimmy's buddy posting that?

From earlier in this thread...

It seems to indicate they're close or they've agreed on certain aspects of a trade.

Its likely gonna take a minimum three teams to get this done.

Rozier J-Rich
Herro Duncan
Butler Jaquez
Bridges Jovic
Bam Love

We'd only need to trade J-Rich for cash. I'd rather cash than J-Rich.

Very likely since I don't think Charlotte just wants to eat 7 million in this deal and they Heat don't need any unnecessary salary coming back . Probably looking for a third team to ship Bouknight too.

Doesn't ruin my day, just seems odd that people seem to think it means something emotional with the person vs I just worked with that person and no longer need to follow them.

Lowry must have hurt feelings about the Jaime and Butler commercials lol

It problably means nothing or it means something. We will know soon enough. The info is getting rather hot that this may not go passed by the end of this upcoming weekend.

Someone mentioned in the thread that they had been noticing a weird tension between JJJ and Lowry. At times Lowry would refuse to pass him the ball. Something else must have gone on behind the scenes. Maybe Lowry trying to big time the rook

how you going to beef with a rookie that by all accounts has no major ego concerns.....

Yeah, logically it seems that something has been agreed to in principle with the understanding more has to be done before making the trade official. Miami isn't going to want more long term salary coming along with Rozier so if they have to take on more salary it's probably got to be expiring salary and maybe if Miami is sending a 1st they want helpful expiring contracts. Wouldn't be surprised if Washington is part of this trade, if Miami were to send some more smaller salary out they can get someone else like D.Wright to fix their backup PG role too.

Return to Miami Heat
