LeBron always quits on his team when they aren’t good anymore. Leaving as soon as a team isn't in championship position = quitting, anyway, but there are on court examples as well.

Leaving a team after your contract expires and going to another team isn't quitting. How old are you exactly? This is basic stuff every fully functioning adult should know.
