Hell no. Why are people so keen to ship Herro off for next to nothing?

Herro is not getting dealt this year. Just ain’t happening. Riley and company are going to see this new backcourt out. Martin is most likely staying too cause his small salary ain’t bringing back chit or makes any sense to deal him for a lesser player. If we ain’t trading Duncan then maybe whodini Elisburg has a plan to get under the aprons before July. Maybe we will be a tax team again next year. Not sure when the repeater kicks in but maybe we can do another year and then the following we can avoid it.

Desperation cause nobody wants to mention Duncan in a trade. He really has turned untouchable with the majority of the fan base. Herro ain’t going anywhere

To be fair Duncan led more to winning this season compared to Herro. Showed up last playoffs as well and improved on his defense and driving. We give credit where it's due.

Herro gotta show up big in these playoffs. He hasn't shown up in the playoffs since his rookie season in the bubble.

And this is coming from the biggest Duncan hater these past 3 seasons.

Oh yeah i get it. I give Duncan a lot of credit. Went from one of the worst players on the team last few years to respectable this year. We did win without him these last few years. Just feel like he can be replaced for the fraction of the cost and give us the flexibility we need going into next year.

Swider might not have the new found PnR ability that Duncan has, but he can replace his volume 3pt shooting. I'm confident of that.

I'm not even that worried about us giving up the 2027 FRP. We can find guys out of the YMCA that become contributors. Riley said himself we're an "every other year drafting team".

Heat has not paid luxury tax since 2019. 23/24 will be only the second time Mick has paid the tax since Butler has been here. We can definitely go two consecutive years in the tax so if things stay the way they are then maybe Mick made a promise to Jimmy for these next two years. Pay some tax again in 24/25 then must get out of it for 25/26 season to not trigger repeater.

I still think it’s possible for one more fringe move and that’s getting Dru Smith’s 1.8 off the roster and possibly Thomas Bryant 2.5. Mick saved 15 million off this last transaction and is now looking at a 13.9 million tax bill instead of a 28 million one. Getting that extra 4 million between those two contracts is more like getting 8 million off in tax which shrinks the bill too the low single digits.

Would love to get off both of those deals. Bryant just is not a fit for the way we play. Smith is dead money.

Shedding those two would get us below the apron? Allow us to go buyout hunting?

Doc Rivers to the bucks doesn’t move the needle much. It does likely improve Dames offense and involve him more but I think they’re cooked. Terry will have a field day against then just like every other high scoring guard

He retired. I doubt he's in game shape to come in and impact.

That doesn't mean anything. He can get in shape, that's all he needs to do.

Wow what a setback mid season. They really messed up with that hire.

Bucks defense is a lot of worse this year. Bucks fans wanted to tear their eyes out of the team horrendous defense. How the heck did Detroit managed to keep the game close when they were playing bucks? And cavs killed them the game before Detroit. Based on how much money bucks are paying this year. Bucks wanted their money worth. Can’t have Cavs killing them or having Detroit keeping the game close because of this, it’s giving bucks a flashback when they were playing Heat last year in playoff. Just too much money for first round exit.

They didn’t want him when we have Gabe Vincent, doubt they want him now
