I know the Heat love Martin but they do need to trade him. When JJJ return there is no room for these swing players. Need to get a backup point

I just don’t know who’s worth trading his salary for. Patty Mills makes the same amount as him but that’s not a good trade. His salary is so small it’s not easy to just trade him for anyone making the same amount cause he’s such a great value. Duncan and Jovic are the only mid tier trade able assets that can really accomplish that. Duncan’s salary figure can bring in multiple players.

I almost gotta stop respecting your opinion if you think Herro contributes to winning. I’m sorry but it is what it is, we’re on year 5 of it slapping us straight in the face but people still don’t want to admit it

Heat don't need multiple players. Trade Martin for a less player that fills a role and get draft compensation.

You don't contain your man, he attacks, a teammate has to help and it leaves a player wide open for a 3. If you a player this bad on defense, I don't know how you get stops in the playoffs. You'd have to be putting up monster offensive numbers to counter-balance the defense.

It could be worse, you could have to have your star's brother on the active roster.

I’ve been saying this for awhile now but if you’re a complete 0 defensively I need you to average a very efficient 25 at minimum and be a good playmaker like 6 assists to try and make up for it.

Don’t think he can be traded because of extension stipulations. Says not till March 13 2024

Man I come in here after like our 6th game scoring under 100 in the last 8 games and the first 2 players I see being talked about are Vanderbilt and Thaddeus young who average a combined 7.7 PPG on 6.7 FGA

Defintely would’ve been nice, need a good long term fit there. Or at least like a 3-4 year place holder
