most? i don't think you know what most means.

You won't even read the thread. Fairly clear majority of the posters sided with Lowry even back in 2016.

I'm not surprised that 84% of posters in this thread agree Lowry was a better Raptor than Vince. That's an overwhelming majority.

But it's funny you said nobody ever mentioned that Lowry is the GROAT until after Kawhi left.

I give you evidence way back to 2016 and you still find any way to deny it.

You are just a Kyle hater...it's sad man.

i'm not a Kyle "hater". he's great, just not the GROAT and i think you're the one who hasn't read the thread. it's obviously overwhelmingly in favour of Vince over Kyle. just go through the thread and count the post that agree with the premise and compare that with the total number of posts. once you do that tell me it's the majority because you'll be disappointed in the results.

Dude most agreed in 2016 that Kyle was possibly the GOAT. In 2016! That was before he made another 4 all-star teams and led our team to multiple 50+ seasons and deep playoff runs. Jesus Christ.

You said it was a troll thread and now you want me to go through 15 pages and count who was in favour or against, LOL. You asked for the proof and I gave it.

You said nobody talked about Lowry being the GOAT before Kawhi left. I gave you the proof. Just apologize and admit you were wrong. It's not hard.

You are the troll.

Nice try

Team had a lot more success with Lowry, team accomplishments matter. It's not like Lowry was some scrub, he was a 6 Time All-Star in Toronto, he was All-NBA too.

How many playoff games did Vince play? How many series did he win? Vince was a better individual player, he wasn't a greater Raptor, and I got nothing but love for Vince

and yes....the Championship matters, that's why we watch, it's laughable to attempt discredit it

it's almost as if they played for the Raptors in completely different eras, under completely different cap environment, with completely different management.

Vince joined a team/organization that was three years old, where RFA didn't exist and rookie contracts were three years long.

if you want to use team success as a measure or championships then put into context. Kyle was not the best player on a championship team. if he was then it's him no question, but in terms of impact you could argue than Gasol was more impactful than Lowry even to winning it all in 2019.

They played in different eras on different teams?

Woah! I had no idea, thanks for sharing that insightful information

No you couldn't argue that Gasol was more impactful than Lowry....well you could....but then you'd be one of those dumb people you were referring to earlier

all i remember is Kyle Lowry shutting down Embiid.

Never really got the Lowry GROAT thing. Show me one person who said this pre chip. Not one person.

Weird to exclude his ultimate achievement in a Raptors uniform, but here you go regardless:

Ranking Every Raptor: The Conclusion — #10 - 1
By Sean Woodley@WoodleySean Oct 1, 2018, 9:30am EDT

1. Kyle Lowry, PG (2012-2018); 432 GP / 416 starts / 17.8 points / 4.9 rebounds / 6.8 assists / 1.5 steals / 38.3 3FG% / 57.4 TS% / 4 All-Star Selections / All-time VORP leader (28.2) / Is Actually Good in the Playoffs / Is Over Everything
Whatever it is you’re looking for in the number one Raptor of all time, I can guarantee you Kyle Lowry checks each box.

But wegotthabeat told me no one ever discussed Lowry being the GROAT before Kawhi left and this was all revisionist history!

Yeah I guess Lowry averaging 19ppg, 6apg and 5rpg on 51%fg and 47% 3fg against the Bucks in the conference finals was not memorable.

Or Lowry's 26 points and 10 assists game against the Warriors to close out the finals was not memorable.

All you remember is Lowry gaurding Embiid

Woodley is a company man towing the line. not surprising he'd have a horrible take.

Vince was more talented, Kyle had more accomplishments as a Raptor.

It’s Kyle. Near decade long run of really good to great play, leading the most successful raptor era BY FAR and accomplishing the ultimate goal gives klow that title as GROAT. Vince will always have the most impactful/influential title but that’s where it stops.

Of course it's Kyle Lowry and it's not even close. Kawhi was the best ever to put on a Raptors Uniform. But the greatest ? When we talk about Impact, culture, influence, winning & analytics ? It's Kyle Lowry. Carter is a nobody and didn't achieved anything except a Circus Show Award. Kyle Lowry laid the foundation. Even pre-2019 he was the best. DeMar hold him back in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018. It's hard to play next to a non shooter who won't play defense. 2015-2020 was prime Lowry a top 5 floor general league wide.
