I'm definitely part of the don't trade Cole camp, but I'm starting to not care. If it blows up the locker room, so be it. I want to see a title before I fkin die

It's a tough time right now. I don't think we're nearly as bad as we've been playing over the last 22 games. Problem is we had injuries during the first 23 games when we played really good so I don't even know what or who the hell this team really is right now.

Some players got hot, Paolo shot 45% from the 3pt the first 20 games, the past 25 he is shooting 30%...

Hmmmm......

I’m 100% keep on Suggs. Let’s replace Harris and Fultz. They both currently have bigger salaries.
Yeah, baby steps. This deadline it's replacing Fultz and Harris. This off-season it's replacing JI, Cole, and WCJ.

Injuries, no guards, and no 3pt shooting. Rinse and repeat. Over and over.

Keep…but willing to listen. Same with Black

If I'm being honest, I'm willing to listen to any offer on the table for players not named Franz and Paolo.

I'd rather trade Franz than Suggs - him and Paolo have partially overlapping skills and he can land us a bigger fish than Suggs, plus lets be honest as good as he is, we arent talking about a generational talent here.

We need to figure out our guard situation before this season comes completely off the rails. Doing nothing of significance at the deadline is complete managerial malpractice. We have too much money and draft capital invested into our collection of PGs and SGs for the production we are getting. Suggs with his elite defense and hit or miss offense is not enough to make up all of the injuries, weaknesses and inexperience we are bogged down with.

It’s blowing my mind that so few see how that played right into their hands. 4.5 seconds, down by a point and you have Joe Ingles shooting a 3 to win? Ask Memphis what they wanted to see. That’s exactly it. Any idea why Joe was quarantined? “They can’t be dumb enough to take that bait, right??” Oh, hell yeah we are. And then we have fans lauding the play.

And the season is off the rails, dude. 7-15 against a pretty weak schedule. This roster is a **** mess. It makes no sense and never did.

That is some galaxy brain take right there.

"Ha you have fallen into my trap Orlando! I wanted you to pass to a wide open 41% 3 point shooter. I knew that the ball would nearly go in and lose me the game! It was all part of my foolproof plan!"

It ain't that deep. Ingles' man got scared of Paolo driving and gave up a great look to defend against a worse look at a game winner.

I mean, if we're really being honest, you'd trade them too for Wemby or Luka

I'm not open to trading Suggs because no one is talking about trading him for an all-star. If we were talking about packaging him and picks for a disgruntled De'Aaron Fox, then sure, I'll drive him to the airport myself. Trading Suggs while not significantly upgrading the guard rotation just doesn't make much sense to me as you burn your best assets for a marginal upgrade.

Please stop. That is literally like saying, oh we wouldnt rather have Ingles take the game winner then (KD, Luka, booker or any top 20 player) . Ofcourse they want anyone but the guy that has 14 points in the quarter, and is one of the most clutch players in the league statistically, taking the last shot.

And really who gives a crap? We have been complete garbage and didnt hit a game winner against of the most depleted teams in the NBA without their best player. There is nothing positive to take away from this game, including Paolo's ability to make the right play. We literally suck ass.

It's pretty insane that he can't even get in this rotation. This roster is frustrating.

I don't think our FO is capable of proposing trades that get accepted. They listen until they like something and 99.99% nothing comes of it.

I was VERY annoyed by him not being with the team when half the roster was injured.

All this Black and Jett stuff is fluff. It's nice to see them get reps or minutes but ultimately, fans are over rebuilding. We need an actualized guard for Franz and Paolo or this team will go nowhere. Doesn't matter who the coach is, who the players are, etc. Only a few teams can get away with what we get away with at the guard position and even be in position to be good. Luckily we have that going for us, but if we squander it by never addressing it then..
