Heat aren't even fun to watch at this point. Hopefully they turn things around. I'd rather not see a trade, but Spo needs to do some tweaking with rotations. Roster is somewhat limited because Bam is the only big. Butler, JJJ, Highsmith, and Martin are good players, but they don't have any length. Herro would be better suite to the bench.

Ideally I think you'd want another big and have Bam, Butler, Highsmith/Martin, and Rozier round out the starting lineup with Herro as the first guy off the bench.

Robinson may be better than JJJ, but I'd rather keep JJJ at this point and I think Arison ($$$) probably would also.

Then again this team made the Finals with Cody Zeller getting minutes so........
