Can someone enlighten me?

We had one earlier this season. Or late last season, but we got a 6 point swing out of it because Houstan hit a three after. Might've even been 7 because of a tech.

I feel like Paolo really needs to be more ready to grab the ball if he knows he's about to smash it off the front rim that hard.

He seemed surprised by how hard it bounced off.

As someone who has played basketball, when throwing the ball at rim like that how the ball comes off is very unpredictable.

The Magic plummeted immediately when Isaac left the game.

THjr literally transforms into MJ again like he typically does against us.

We keep missing FTs.

The refs invented a new rule today against us.

That flagrant foul was the difference in the game. It took so long to make the call. Then 4 freakin free throws with possession. Just halted any rhythm we had. Still a really good game. Tough loss

The Magic were in the bonus. Cole fouled Lively, so Lively was getting two shots from that foul no matter what.

Carter then flagrant fouled Lively *after* the Cole foul. A flagrant is always 2 shots and the ball side out, no matter what.

However, to make it a little less penal for the Magic, Lively was only allowed to score a maximum of 3 points at the FT line, not 4. So if he had made the first three, he wouldn't have attempted a 4th foul shot.

That's exactly what they need to do. "Hack-a-Shaq" was technically smart basketball too but it made ratings plummet.

Im not opposed to it. Teams would still foul and make it look unintentional. But maybe it would cut it down somewhat

Of course it is. He just looked slow to react, which IMO is weird since he is the only guy on the court who actually knows how hard he's gonna throw the ball.
