That was poor. A win is a win, but that was poor. To let a 10 pt lead disappear in the last 3 minutes of the 4th, against a shorthanded team without their star is poor.

Mazzula has to impact the game or this team will fall short again. I can’t see this team beating a guy like Kawhi or Jokic with this ‘figure it out’ BS we have going on. These guys will never figure it out..

You have to factor in that the Cs were playing the 2nd game of a back to back.

The last time these 2 teams met, the Celtics lose even if the Pacers didn't have Hali.
In the 3rd meeting, the Pacers had Hali and the Celtics beat them convincingly.

And the Pacers also added Siakam, clearly an upgrade.

One reason Boston gives up so many 2nd chance points and lets teams back into games is after the initial defense makes the other team miss in the paint, they stand around and look for someone else to grab the rebound. No second jump for the ball, while the other team is crashing the boards after a miss, Boston is flatfooted, except Queta and Brissett. They both pound the boards with a passion.

Let's hope the C's finish 44-11 at the break. Lots of scrub teams and only 1 b2b against the pitiful Nets. Dropping the Lakers to the 11th seed on Thursday will be sweet

imo grabbing that jump ball and not allowing anyone to stop him from dunking the **** ball in the 4th quarter of a close game outweighs out any bad he did.

Win good. Late game execution in close games. Still Mediocre to bad. After a great post up to KP out of a timeout it was rubbish.
