leading by just 4. when we had a 13 point lead. the kings mustn't feel bad about being down by just 4. the heat must avoid a turd at any costs lol

Neither one is a natural shooter and both start their places from the elbow and when one goes the other one clears out. They cannot play pick and roll together because its easy to stop since neither are a threat to shoot a jumper at a high clip.

Off the eye test it looks like the offense bogs down for whatever reason. Easier to defend without the threat of 3 from 2 guys.

I wouldn't say it's random. He has the record for most made three's in a row at 12 without a miss i believe and also has the record for the most 3's for a rookie last year. He's a very good shooter. Heat just need to run him off the 3 point line since he's weaker at penetrating the lane.

I think the biggest issue right now is our lack of physicality. We saw it in the Knicks game, where they bullied us all night. We saw elements of it in that second quarter - Sabonis drops the shoulder and our midgets shrink.

Herro suspect?
The Heat were up 16 or 18 when Herro went to the bench. Butler, JJJ and Rozier came in and the lead quickly vanished. I don’t see how Herro is to blame here, I really don’t.

I think Tyler has had a solid half. Missed some shots, but the floor game has been pretty good. He’s getting guys in their spots and the offense has been flowing reasonably well.

Jaime still looks rusty. Only one way to get the rust off though, and that’s play him and get him involved. He needs more opportunities in the post when Jimmy goes to the bench.

Herro missed a bunch of rotations but it didnt result in anything bad he was doing some good playmaking next to Jrich and his team mates covered from him being the only one on that run letting players get by the moment Rozier came in and Jrich sat they started chipping in our armor. Also Jimmy, JJJ popoo the bed a bit as well.

Half
1 2 3 4
SAC 22 33 - -
MIA 28 31 - -

interestingly the kings won the quarter, the heat must stop this at all costs.

Surprised we have a lead. Quick stat check shows we've missed 47 layups so far this half.

Yeah I know. But we’re talking so much about fit with every other combo on the team when that’s really a huge problem. How can your number 1 and “2” not play together?

This is why a shooting big has to be a focus. This window is likely done after this year. I’d like to at least see another starting caliber big try to bridge the gap between our two best players.

Herro being scapegoated to the point of explosive emesis. This TEAM sucks. Not one dude. ALL.

Yes Herro’s offense is off, so was Bam, but Herro’s overall play was not negative in the least. JRich’s 3 was the separation. This team needs its 3 points to make any meaningful impact this season. That’s something Herro needs to get back to. It is the Duncan mental virus, but I’m hoping they find the cure soon.

hero should've shot a 3 there instead of making the 2 pointer.
