I don't know how that was ever a thing. What are they trying to showcase? He's damaged goods and you're playing 4 on 5 offense with him out there. The only value he ever had is an expiring to match salary.

I totally agree with you, but I don’t think the Magic brass does (quite idiotically).

Isaac has been a great alley threat all season. Best one we've had since Dwight tbh

He's got nearly 10 minutes in the first half. That's pretty darn good for him.

We lose if that's all he plays. Goes to show how much value WCJ provides (not as much as we need even though he is good).

Another defensive big should be a top priority for Weltman.

I feel like we allow the most shots in the last 3 secs at the end of a quarter in the NBA

Yea it seems to feel like that a lot. It's like you automatically know it's going in.

If we do get another "point guard", they will be the "point guard" of the team only by name.

Paolo is the team's point guard.

This trade wasn't some conspiracy - it was just a GM wanting AD bad enough where in most people's eyes he overpaid by a long shot to get him.

That Wamabama kid is pretty good, glad Issac is getting to play in this to counter him.

We have zero other guards that can do what he did that play. But if you only do it once in a while it doesn't really matter. Wish he was more aggressive.

JI at his best is probably the most important piece on the team. Which is scary lol

Wemby, Chet, JI... I don't think I'm exaggerating by clumping those 3 together defensively

Why its so hard to understand that JI either misses or plays little time on BtBs? He was over 20 mpg vs Suns, guess thats his limit now.

Another defensive big should be a top priority for Weltman.

Goga he's literally sitting on our bench right now, I'd rather a pg and if not then a sg.

JI... wow we need to keep him forever.

Good thing QWemby isnt a brute physical big to injure JI. Thats probably why we can get away with him playing the 5.

I prefer Goga but I get WCJ getting his minutes. I would love to see Goga paired with Mo when JI isn't available.

Before the season, I said that not only was Isaac our x-factor, but that him being healthy would be the difference btwn us making the playoffs outright or not

He is, by no exaggeration our most impactful player when healthy. That's how generational he is defensively.

Weltman needs to sell his soul to the devil and get Isaac healthy enough to play 30 MPG.
