Bulls essentially get expirings for Vuc

Houston gets a backup center

yeah just makes no sense for Houston to spend that much money on a guy they want playing 15 mpg.

Yeah, I see both teams saying no? It’s not worth it for Houston since he’s not the backup center they need at that cost. And its really bad value for Chicago.

Really bad? So you still have Vuc as having meaningfully positive value?

Because I was thinking THJ(flipped for an expiring)/Holmes for Vuc/filler was pretty even. Guess not. :lol:

Assuming of course that Chicago was trading LaVine/DD and thus might as well trade Vuc.

Really bad was not the right way to word it.

But not good value value and a bad direction for a team pretending to contend for the play-in. So feels really off?

But if it’s after they got value for LaVine/Demar and there were no meaningful 2nds available for Vuc by taking back bad salary (I think there would be) then the direction of team would be different and value probably would be alright. Get ready to take a salary dump in the offseason.. I think Presti pays a couple 2nds, I think GSW probably pays.

I think Dallas would have to include Prosper if Holmes was used. I think I’d go for THJ/Powell/Toronto 2nd for Vuc/Craig… Probably is seen as terrible for both sides.

Are the Bulls buying out Oladipo because are there any minutes for him, unless he's going to get some minutes at the 5?

It appears that Landale in his 9 minutes this year is getting 2 points and 2 rebounds. So it would take him 5 games to get a double double of which Vuc, as awful as his clueless detractors believe he is, has gotten like 23 times this year.

So OK let's say the Bulls are willing to tank, which this is, who do they sign at the 5 with their extra cap space this summer? You would think Plan A would be first they have to resign Drummond.

There are players on HOU that the Bulls should be looking for, those aren't two of them
