Thibs says Randle and Brunson got their all star status out the mud. It wasn’t handed to them.

Discarded and unloved like the thrift store Brunson jersey I found a few weeks back he shows how much he is really worth...I gave that jersey a little hug...

Re: pg: we them ones
Some of the Deuce Trae Young 3's were out of line, but he does a good job of reading the D too. He knows where to go off the giveback pass and has been doing it for a while. His drives mostly seem like good reads too, where nothing else is open and he sees a seam. I think he's got good sense and therefore can run some point.
Whether he'll keep up the shooting, who knows. Shows a few hints of some decent floating action too.

Precious locking up Siakam on back to back possessions as the Pacer commentator (had to stream it) says “precious can’t stay with Pascsl, let’s get a bucket here” was beautiful music to my ears

Brunson showing out with Randle injured reminds me so much of Linsanity and "what's going to happen when Melo comes back"
Brunson is playing like the #1 point guard in the league right now. And this despite being assaulted every game. We should trade for Draymond just to get another dog to bark at other teams... You want to clothes line our guy? Dray is about to WWE body slam you and take the suspension.

Whether he'll keep up the shooting, who knows. But if he gets some in between shot, he will be good.
Thibs was just talking about how accurate Deuce shoots in practice, and it was just a matter of time before it carried over into games. I'm pretty certain Deuce practices those long threes with consistency, so they're not just random attempts.

Thibs shouting out Precious saying he can play the 4 and had a tough matchup.

I kept saying... Precious was pretty decent. Even Thibs said he didn't know -- did he not watch how Precious played against us?! He's the backup big we were needing. If we can just get healthy...

The fact they are doing this without Randle and OG is mind boggling. The Knicks are the best team in the NBA.
