Wally was right

It's fun to hate on Hali and the Pacers.

But honestly, we were lucky Hali on played 22 minutes. He was torching us and on pace for a 30 point darn near triple double.... If he played 30-40 mins last night, Knicks would have been in trouble.

When the Knicks are fully healthy, though, Pacers can't beat our squad no matter who they play.

They were more lucky Randle, Mitch, O.G. and Grimes played 0 minutes.

Sexton tried to punk Jalen last game.

Haliburton tried to punk Donte this game.

Neither of them were having any of that sh*t, and they got the Ws. Gotta love it.

Knicks play the Pacers again at MSG next Saturday. Right after the trade deadline, so maybe some new faces will be playing. We got a rivalry with Indy going again though. Just like ol times.

Eh Deuce was giving Hali hell in that first half. He started getting going when the Knicks didn't have Deuce in there suffocating him.

I think we would have done just fine.because Haliburton mainly kills you with step backs and making the right reads but the Pacers weren't making anything in the second half. Also JB turned it up another notch as per usual. He's flat out better than Hali IMO

As a life long fan in all my years seeing the fans chant mvp for Jalen after the game was one of the dopest moments. Talk about full circle.

He actually has quick two foot jump. His vertical is also high.

I wonder what crack is Evan Roberts on calling Devin Booker a better player than Jalen Brunson.

Those guys were out with no option to bring them in....So that's not really relevant to last night's game flow.

If Carlisle said "I really want this win", went full Thibs, and left Hali in once their lead shrank to 4 .....Knicks were in trouble. But Hali left halfway through the 3rd and never returned.

I really dislike the Pacers team. Would love to be the one who eliminates them from the playoffs.

Precious is definitely more of a Thibs player than Obi, but Obi had a nice game himself.

Obi is more of a 4/3 while Precious is more of a 4/5 though. Carlisle had Obi out there with Siakam and 1 of Smith/Turner most of the time.

If we played Obi at SF some he would have been able to play 20-25 mpg here. He has shown he can definitely play it in Indy with his improved shooting and he has good enough size/athleticism to hold his own on D against bench SFs. He even guarded Durant great last week and Jimmy Butler before him. We just never tried it for whatever reason.

Anyway, Obi is gone. He has his flaws but he’s going to have a solid career and we clearly just used him all wrong. Hes not a star but hes also not Knox or Frank.

I just ordered. I figured if enough Knick fans bought his products, he'd get more endorsements. And then more endorsements means he's more marketable, which will make him more of a star. And that should hopefully give him more whistles and it will benefit the Knicks and the fans. It is a bit expensive though.

Just send money to the refs directly, that'll work.

I know Red's had longer ones, maybe I could have worded better like '3 winning streaks of at least 9 games'...but it was late and I was a little high

I mean I guess...I think the refs still gave Indy more luck with all those terrible non calls against Brunson, and yet we still beat those clowns. All in all they had atleast as much luck as we did imo.

The refs were atrocious. Brunson was hit multiple times throughout the game, no calls. Can't wait to see the 2 min report for a laugh

Someone copied a tweet in this thread. Would be interested in the timestamps.

I found the reddit post:

Made 13hrs ago. I also notice that the Knicks wielding metal bats is a reoccurring theme in that thread
