Understand, but that team wasnt successful with him and those other 3. So how could the Mavs be with an older Kyrie and less pieces than the Nets had? It just doesnt make any sense for Dallas to give up Lively when tis already been proven Claxton doesnt elevate a team with stars. Not to mention he's due a new contract

Dont mind it for Dallas but i like it a lot more for BRK. Lively's the real deal and they should easily be willing to give up Claxton to get the guy. He looks awesome at 19 and is under team control for like 6 more years. I think Dallas fans would do this but their FO wouldnt

Hard no from Dallas. Lively is the best player in this deal and close to untouchable for Dallas.

Nets would probably also need to give the Mavs back their pick and then some on top. DFS is too old and Claxton is due for a massive extension, on top of all of the injury concerns.
