Philly out: 2 seconds (best and worst of the bundle of '29 seconds), Covington, House
Philly in: Landale and Bullock
Houston out: Landale and Bullock
Houston in: Covington, house, 2 2nds
Philly ducks tax
Houston gets some seconds
Potential Toronto follow up:
Covington for Boucher and a second
Houston keeps money on the books for next year and gets a second to take on the guaranteed year from Toronto
Toronto gets out of Boucher's money cheaply in their big cap space year
Fixing Whaler's Houston Homecoming & Philly tax dump (with Toronto idea)

I fully support anyone making my ideas better. In fact, I think I should as well.
As for this version, I think I would modify it to an all at once 3 way:
Philly out: Covington, House, KJ Martin, 2029 best and worst 2nds.
Philly in: Landale, Bullock, Temple
Houston out: Landale, Bullock
Houston in: Boucher, House, best 2nds
Toronto out: Boucher, Temple
Toronto in: Covington, KJ Martin, Worst '29 2nd
Philly ducks tax
Houston gets decent role players and a good 2nd
Toronto gets expiring salary and two very small incentives for Boucher (KJ for Temple and worst '29 2nd).
{I have Boucher at that super small marginal positive value.}
And someone should value KJ Martin like a 55-60 area 2nd? But it sure isn't Philly.

I like this for all teams. Boucher's energy might mean some limited minutes behind Sengun, Raps get out from salary and a look at a shot at another young player while the Sixers lose practically nothing and get under the tax. I do wonder if the Sixers could get more for their expirings, but barring that, well done!

i would do whaler's version and not OP. we don't need to pay to dump boucher/not like any max FA is coming to Toronto. rather keep the 2nd

I appear to be lower on Boucher than most but I'd still do this

I also have Boucher as a small negative, but understand completely why GoDaddy wouldn't want to pay to dump him.
