they blew a 24 point lead yesterday, the bigggest comeback by any team this season. that's a fine tank commander.

so they are losing with or without him I guess.

they actually have a better winning percentage without him. 59% without him, 40% with him. nice to see he brought his losing ways with them. always good to give our rivals a losing player. fk the craptors. go knicks! thanks leon for the big fleece!

the tank looked even better two days ago, when they lost by nearly 30 points w/o him in Houston I guess.

They're just trolling.

oh I know, but I am bored

4-14 with RJ in the lineup! The tank just counts losses not how hard you lose.

It should be an interesting contract negotiation this offseason. With IQ and Obi, we might be looking at a case of the Peter principle. Thibs might have had these players in their ideal roles.

Jamal Crawford was great as a sixth man, but was frustrating as a starter. We'll have to wait and see, but I’m glad it’s someone else’s problem

I remember rookie Quick getting pulled immediately when he passed the ball. Thibs then ran him exclusively next to D. Rose to show him the correct way of dribbling the air out of the ball while looking for your own shot.

Rose would take 25 dribbles to score and then next possession would be tired so pass it to IQ who was specifically taught by the Knicks to put his head down and iso dribble drive to the rim (or he’d be benched).

You’re welcome, Toronto.

I just want every other Knicks fan here... we're not sh.itting on IQ. I think universally we all love him but he has his flaws and the Knicks masked that. You're right, he is a sixth man unless he can improve on his court vision and floor general skills. Leon was right not to give him RJ's money because he is best suited off the bench OR let him play as a 2-guard.

OG and Precious is not perfect... and we're now seeing the flaws with both of these players as well. I wouldn't want to give OG the max and Precious is a 4-8 million per year player.

it really feels great we replaced a losing player with a winning player. the results are amazing!
Plugging Anunoby, a righty, next to Brunson and Randle has electrified the Knicks, with the club scoring a blistering 128.5 points per 100 possessions -- a rate that would be the NBA's best by far -- and outscoring opponents by 24.5 points per 100 (or by 154 points in a mere 285 minutes together).

Put another way: One month after the trade, swapping Anunoby in for Barrett has yielded a staggering 25-point swing for the Knicks every 100 times down the floor.

but if you post facts, the people that won't admit they were wrong will dismiss it as "trolling"

There is no way Embiid is going to make it through June so shut him down and try again next season.

Bucks and Philly are sinking ships.

East 1-2-3 likely to be Boston, Cleveland, NYK...

I think people need to stop wishing for Embiid to force his way here.

he's great, but I wouldn't want to deal with the whole health thing.

Between Embiid and Doc in Mil the Knicks have a good shot to get to at least the conf finals.

Yea only team I’m afraid of is Boston. Wish we would’ve got KP back. I think we’d be favorites to win it all if we did

Not scared of the Celtics either. If we're fully healthy, and with maybe one move to bolster the bench, we might have a shot at a Finals run. Celtics are better on paper, but they don't have a truly dominant player and they could be fragile if they get punched in the mouth. East is volatile.

The Sixers drafted all those high picks for the process, Nerlens, Okafor, Embiid, Fultz, Simmons... and the best player they got healthy now is Maxey the 21st pick.

I feel validated on the debates I had over the Summer about bringing Joel onto this team. Hard to pass up on a player of his stature, but I felt those knees were on borrowed time.

Thibs strikes again!!!

I'm not sure that's the case with Barrett though that's more of a personnel thing than coaching. He and Randle were a little redundant and, imo, we chose the right one.

Thibs is a maniac but the man knows what he's doing.
