Brogdon & Lowry & Paul being discussed

Not pursuing Murray, Simons, or Trae but still listening

Have called on Kispert, Royce, Merrill, and Doug

Rival teams calling about Suggs & JI availability

This is great info, thanks for sharing! It all passes the sniff test too. Tell your friend thanks

Crazy there is a market for JI. I'd be so tempted to sell high unless doctors and pastor really are aligned. Trading Suggs would be such a punch in the gut no matter the return.

I like Simons a lot but he’s an expirings/filler/picks type of acquisition, not our PG prospect and defensive assassin

20-12 with JI. 7-11 without JI. JI cannot be traded. Defensive savants like JI don’t grow on trees.

Tyus for Gary and Cole.

Re-sign Tyus for roughly what Cole got. You can then keep Fultz on a super cheap deal because I doubt anyone is tossing him more than 6-8 mil per… if that.

Tyus for Gary and Cole doesn't actually work because of Cole's poison pill.

But Tyus and Kispert for Gary, Cole and picks works 8-)

Kispert is okay and I wouldn’t complain but I wonder if Kennard is obtainable

Yeah, a framework that includes Fultz makes too much sense.

Fultz + Harris + Cole + Okeke
For
Tyus + Kispert + Poole

I'll admit to minimal giggling while realizing that worked in the trade machine

Some of this trade so called rumors have no substance at all. Some blogger or big national writer can come up with a proposal and others made it a rumor, heck no.

Are you serious? JI and AB for Simons, heck no. Tyus for Cole and Gary? Are YOU serious? Tyus is expiring and Cole just signed his extension plus, without his recent struggle, he is one of the 6th man of the year leader in scoring.

Some of this so called rumors just make me laugh.

And now, Trae Young popped up? Why would ATL do that? It probably will cost us 3 to 4 FRPs plus Suggs and JI. Heck no. First of all, timeline doesn't match. Secondly, it could drain us into mediocrity without contention. HECK NO

Tyus for Cole is an upgrade… even if Tyus walks, we got off of Cole’s money. Average scoring guards are a dime a dozen these days. It wouldn’t be the end of the world.

The thing about Cole is that he is struggling. Yes, he only played 10 minutes last game. But he still scored the most PPG in the PG depth we have. Plus he is coming off the bench which means he doesn't usually get the minutes he needs. And he is still among the leader in 6th man PPG coming off the bench. Plus his contract is a big plus.

No, no and no. He is an asset for us. His value is plus. And get him off the payroll? That is not smart, man. I would give him up for Giannis. But is Giannis leaving Milwaukee? :banghead:

You have homer glasses on man… watch the league. Cole is not special. He is not elite at anything. He’s not a playmaker. He’s not a a good defender. He’s streaky as hell on offense. His contract is not a positive either. There are guards on similar or even cheaper non-rookie deals that are better (guys like Alex Caruso).

That last sentence made me laugh.

Rival teams should have some ridiculous packages ready to even ask about those guys.
