Hoping we get a guard who can plausibly start and would also love Wes back as a random 10 minute emergency option. I bet he can still annoy the **** out of dudes for small stretches every now and then.

Seems like a good sign for Bobby’s trade value that Fischer is hearing we won’t trade him on the cheap and said hell no to a Grant Williams swap without Dallas’ first.

Also that “it should be noted Portis was one of Kerr’s favorites during this summer’s FIBA World Cup run with Team USA.”

Could we get more than just Wiggins (and his huge contract) from Golden State?

I do get your point, but these three are pretty substantially different from each other; different specialties, different amounts of what we'd likely have to give up, different expectations of where they'd fit in. Feels like it's okay to have more nuanced opinions than Player A good Player B bad.

Murray's defense is highly overrated and it'll cost alot to acquire him. Pass
Wiggins game has deteriorated to the point where that contract has the potential to be a noose for whoever acquires it. HARD pass.
I'd like to get Caruso but if Chicago wants a kings ransom we can't afford it.

Might be better off just holding on to Porter and making minor moves involving Pat/marjon/payne/2nd rounders. Royce Oneile, Thybulle, Dunn...3 and d guys who can improve our perimeter defense and won't cost us the rest of our trade assets. Tweak the roster more in the offseason.

I've settled on Isaac Okoro. He continues to improve, but it looks like Cleveland isn't excited to give him a big contract in the offseason with so many other high priced wings on the books.

Anyone hear what they want for him? A cost controlled player and 2nds?

How is Lonnie Walker on D? He’d be a nice addition to any DFS deal.

All in on Wiggins. Can defend Tatum and Butler. As long as he plays the elite D he's capable of, we don't need him to do a thing on offense. Also if it only costs Bobby/Pat/Marjon that's highway robbery. No player we've been tied to has this type of upside

Playoff depth chart
Dame/Payne
Wiggins/Beasley
Middleton/Crowder
Giannis/Crowder
Brook/Bismac

Grant Williams playing crappy yet again tonight. I just don't want him anywhere near our team.

Don't the Thunder want a big? They have a ton of guards. Surely we could get one for Team USA Bobby Portis. They could even throw in a first.

In total, it's $4M and $5M more each of the next two seasons than Bobby + Pat, then one extra year in which it will be a big expiring. I think you're overstating this.

Wiggins is already inefficient on offense and gets worse in the playoffs.. we don't need more sloppy players

We desperately need a guy with the size and athleticism of Wiggins. Need to know more about why he's dropped off again for the Warriors. Probably a no for me either way.

Caruso shot 39% from 3 last year, and previously started on an NBA champion. No concerns with him in the playoffs. Defense plays, and he's improved offensively.

Wiggins is having a bad year, but I’d absolutely roll the dice on him bouncing back.
