His offense could be PJ tucker/Luc Richard style with us. All we need is his defense and everything else is the cherry on top.

I mean if Wiggins were to lock in defensively our size and athleticism would be filthy.

But there is just so much cause to concerned he just doesn’t care any more.

Then again if there wasn’t he wouldn’t be available. Exceedingly high risk.

I'd like to get Caruso but if Chicago wants a kings ransom we can't afford it.

Might be better off just holding on to Porter and making minor moves involving Pat/marjon/payne/2nd rounders. Royce Oneile, Thybulle, Dunn...3 and d guys who can improve our perimeter defense and won't cost us the rest of our trade assets. Tweak the roster more in the offseason.

Caruso does the Donte disappearing act in the playoffs

Caruso shot 39% from 3 last year, and previously started on an NBA champion. No concerns with him in the playoffs. Defense plays, and he's improved offensively.

Its possible he's better now. The 2 years with the Lakers in the playoffs he shot 28% from 3 which is much less than his regular season stats. It was better in Chi last year but only like 4 games so... idk I guess it's worth the chance

It's a risk but I wouldn't call it high risk considering what we are giving up. Any of the 4 key assets or any name besides Wiggins don't have the upside.

His stats don't look like he can steadily hit an open 3 currently. If he can hit open 3s from the corner though that's worth the look

Seems like he's injured a lot.

Wiggins in theory and in 2022 Finals sounds amazing.

The reality is he’s circa 2003 Tim Thomas. He got paid, and is on his way to 30 years old. He’ll have a great game or two, but if it doesn’t work, we’d have a rough time ever moving him

We don't even need that. Let Giannis/Dame/Kris handle the scoring in the playoffs. All Wiggins needs to do is be a terror on defense.

We need these targets to be steady playoff 3 pnt shooters or I promise this: if everyone bricks, Dame and GA will stop passing which will either be really pretty or really ugly. Think torpedo Giannis and chuckie Dame ..

Terror on defense requires a player with heart like Giannis. Or a player with lessor skills, who knows their spot in the league depends on defense (like LRMAM). That ain’t 2024 Wiggins.

Why we gotta give up MarJon?

Warriors should send us draft assets.

Bobby would put up some numbers for Golden State worthy of Kerr’s Team USA love.

We tried that.. those Donte years they just leave them wide open and have a free safety roaming around jacking us. Se need 3 AND D... not "or".. "or" gets glued to the bench

PJ scored an average of 4 pts per game while shooting 32 percent from 3 during the 2021 championship run. I promise you with Dame we won't need more than that.

I'd be all in for Wiggins. He's probably just tired of the GS atmosphere. Maybe he hates Draymond and just doesn't fit in with those guys. I bet he'd enjoy playing with Giannis. He'd also be insurance for Khris' inevitable injury or could potentially just start over him, which would allow Khris to cook for 25mpg with the 2nd unit.

I think it's worth the risk of Bobby/Pat/Marjon to find out. Hell imagine if GSW would give us assets to take him.

Which version of Wiggins are we gonna get though? 2022 version= 3rd Bucks championship. It's not even a homerism, it's pure logic. But this version has made its appearance only in 2022. Normal version of him could cause a lot of frustration in the team. This normal version is the opposite of the dawg. Dude has everything, a perfect body for basketball, a good feel of the game, he can score/disrupt the offense/ overall defend. But he is totally unreliable. Yes, athletically, he is the perfect fit. He can cover our defensive deficiensies. But what about character?

In any case, if Horst pulls the trigger, i cannot not admit that the man has guts, at least. I want to use another word instead of guts of course, but i don't want to be vulgar
