Come get em.

Olynyk to Boston for Pritchard, Kornet, Svi, Banton, Stevens.

Dunn and Fontecchio into the Grant TPE

Boston sends FRPs 2024 and 2026 or some good seconds instead of one of the FRPs.

For Boston this really boosts the Bench and adds some shooting. For Utah Pritchard and Kornet are rotation players, Svi and Stevens are minimum Salary fillers, Banton has some upside. The picks are likely late firsts.

Sign me up.

Now with Fontecchio out of the picture… is it still a go? Do the Jazz have another piece to fit with Dunn under the Grant TPE (6.2m) or the Cs swap one of those firsts for a second?

contenders should definitely offer a second rounder for Looney Walker if that's the cost.

I would love to get Kispert because I think he is able to play efficiently in many different ways however Thibs would never play him since he isn't a ++ defender.

I think Lonnie Walker and Dennis Smith Jr could get moved for 2nds, just because they're simple, low cost adds for contenders.

The thing with DFS is he has this year and next, then its a PO (will opt out)

I assume teams rather have him for a playoff run and next year rather than just next year

Lakers offers:
If BKN likes Rui, a straight up swap. BKN gets a guy with more potential who is a better scorer and bigger. But a worse defender and worse 3 pt shooter. Lakers get a better defender and shooter. Fits better as well

Other option is Vincent and JHS

Vincent, Cam/Hayes, and 3-4 2nds?

As far as we know, Detroit are buyers, not sellers. The FO is inept, so they might end up not acquiring anyone, but they have no intention of making the team worse (they want to develop the 4 young players they call the core 4 which is laughable imo), therefore, they are not selling Morris. He could be traded, just like Bojan and Burks but for something Detroit actually want.

The reports are, they want Tobias Harris, Miles Bridges, OG Anunoby, Pascal Siakam, OG and Pascal are no longer available.

DeJounte Murray asking price was both Ivey and Ausar, so while Detroit is interested, I don't think he is a possibility (I don't think Tobias is a possibility either fwiw)

Wiseman and Hayes sure, they are out of rotation and they need to earn their next contract, they may end up being waived.

Morris did get moved. And maybe Joe Harris has terminal cancer, otherwise I don’t understand Gores comment. Harris will probably be the one cut tomorrow to finalize today’s trades.

Did he really say Harris will be a Piston for life? That’s a preposterous statement for a 30 year old on an expiring deal who’s played 15 games total with the team for 10.5 minutes per lol

Yes, we're **** because our owner is clueless and an imbecile

The question was whether Gores actually said that. I think not. I thought we were supposed to post in green font if we’re making **** up and being sarcastic.

ORL sends: Wendell Carter, Markelle Fultz (expiring), Chuma Okeke (expiring), ORL 24 frp (top 8), DEN 25 frp
WAS sends: Tyus Jones, Gafford, Kispert

WAS actually gets a bigger, more versatile upgrade at C, who’s even a little but younger and on a more team- friendly deal in Carter. Fultz is, at worst, $17m expiring salary…but might even find a home in WAS as a big, excellent ball-handling PG who might be a good game manager to balance Poole’s explosive but wild offensive capabilities. Two frps is more than they’ll likely get elsewhere, considering Carter’s value offsetting (at least) Gafford or Kispert.

ORL likes Carter, but Gafford’s a better fit next to Paolo & Franz. Defend, block shots, rebound, catch lobs- that’s all they really need and Gafford > Carter in that simplified role. Kispert brings reliable floor-spreading that ORL desperately needs and Tyus is the heady and efficient PG they need but still will knock down the open 3’s created by Franz & Paolo’s gravity. IF Tyus will pull the trigger more frequently, he should hit career highs in scoring and lose the “best backup PG” label he’s had and find a long-term home in ORL. Two firsts hurt but ORL needs a better fitting supporting cast more than more children fighting for a spot on the bench. Paolo & Franz are ready to make some noise NOW and ORL shouldn’t pump the brakes on their improvement just because their best players can’t go to bars yet.

It's no accident we have 7 wins, owe a 1st and have no 2nds untill 2027. Our GM is very bad. The worst of all time by a wide margin.

Not sure if the Nets would trade with the Knicks, but Walker fills a big need on the Knicks. Even thought he’s a rental with no bird rights, I’d give up the Utah 2nd for him.

I don't know much about the CBA but I hope we can we can steal Lowry away with one of our decent sized TPEs if he is bought out in order to solve our playmaking problems behind Brunson.

I don't feel like it's out of line to ask for the better of NY/DAL 1st (lottery protected though i doubt either team misses the playoffs)

Considering the deal that went down I am curious to know your thoughts on this offer now seeing what you got for Washington.
