Sources say the Dallas Mavericks are interested in literally any human basketball player, as long as they can get Grant Williams outta here.

I'll miss the daily Grant Williams humor when he's in China.

After trading Simone Fontecchio yesterday, the Utah Jazz could be looking to offload more players on the final day of the NBA trade deadline. Chief among them is Kelly Olynyk, who has reportedly been approached by a number of franchises. According to hoopshype, the Boston Celtics, Philadelphia 76ers, Miami Heat, Golden State Warriors, Houston Rockets, New York Knicks and other franchises are said to be interested in the big man.

The Utah Jazz have apparently asked for several picks in the upcoming NBA Draft, including at least one first-round pick, to let the player go. In the final hours of the market, Kelly Olynyk is one of the players most likely to be involved in a trade.

Can't imagine there'd be a lot of playing time for him here to make him gruntled.

We are not trading anyone in the top 8. That includes PP. So get that out of your minds.

It is grants tpe, or an amalgamation of second round picks and svi, Banton.

That’s it. I would do Drummond as well. But that is me. Maybe Tillman is all they think they need, though I want taller and bigger 5. But Tillman is a superior defender than Drummond.

Jake Fischer: Barring a surprise, sounds like Boston is done making moves before today’s 3 p.m. ET trade deadline. League personnel are still waiting to see what defensive upgrade(s) come for Milwaukee, after the Bucks may have cast the widest net of any buyer in the NBA these past few weeks. 4 mins ago – via Twitter JakeLFischer

Looks like no Caruso or Lonnie Walker for Cs fans.

That first week of the season where the board complained about losing Grant was pure entertainment.

I don't see the C's trading for 2 bigs during the same trade deadline.

Pretty sure at this point we're either adding a guard, a wing or standing pat..

Price is not equal, but Grant is better than Tillman. Since we ended up trading Timelord, I still would've matched Grant.

... Could also be dangling his contract and picks for a bigger fish now instead of being handcuffed with a TPE that's half his salary and can't be combined with other players.

Perhaps we get involved as a 3rd team in this deal and scoop up Naji Marshall, a defensive wing..

Grant, Pritchard, svi, banton, 1sts and 2nds could bring in an ~20 mil player, which would've been a nice tool in the tool box right now.
