Herro is not horrible but he also doesn't have value, or better yet the value we hope he would have at this point. Sexton is having a better season an he is making 10 mil less. Reaves makes half Herro salary and is a better player, he can actually get to the line and get free throws, not to mention handle the ball etc. So the problem isn't that Herro is horrible, he just doesn't have high value.

The problem is the buy out guys are going to want to play, thats how we got Love last year. NY is pretty crowded now.

They've done very little upgrading the roster since being gifted Butler. Miami's going on a half-decade of very few moves. Add in the years before Butler showed up and it's getting close to about a decade of very few moves.
