Just checking in!

It's tough to add those guys while staying under the luxury tax now. So I expect nothing more.

What if we signed our buyout (Lowry/Drummond) and then traded? Not enough time?

I assume we're getting a pick for another move? If we add Lowry we have a solid guard rotation so yeah, not mad at the move.

I liked Bev, but no reason to play him more than 15 minutes

Is Lowry better than Bev?

He's a better ball handler and shooter, which we badly need. Bev just killed our spacing if he wasn't taking corner 3

Wow, was just listening to the Pat Bev podcast yesterday. Sad, I like him even though he can be irritating at times. Now we really don't have a ballhandler on the roster other than Maxey. I wonder if this recent defensive stint from Springer made the FO feel like he was expendable?

This must mean Lowry is locked in. If so, good move to trade Bev, even though I like what he brought us.

Dumb trade. I like Bev and **** hate Cam Payne. Don't understand this one. Morey really doesn't care about locker room cohesion. That's my 1 gripe about him. He truly just views players as assets.

Morey going all in on a 2024 FA where there are no players worth pursuing.

Yup, I interpret it as we've got Lowry. Nice job to get a SRP for Bev. He's ultimately inconsequential so it's good to go from -4 to -3 with SRP at the deadline. I'd dump Martin for another one too.

I mean, Bev isn't really a difference maker. He rules though.
