We don't have minutes for him.

They will do something. At minimum they will convert Reath into a standard NBA contract. They are required to do something to get up to 14 NBA contracts.
But as far as Brogdon, Grant, Thybulle -> 95% chance they end the year as Blazers.

Does Kira just suck? It seems like he's never been able to get minutes anywhere despite being a lottery pick.

Embarrassing asset management from the team if so. RWIII should have taught them to try to get value while you can.

I thought he was worse than Sexton/Herb at Alabama and didnt understand why he went lotto. He's not shown a pulse in the NBA. The idea was that he was a fast downhill guard, but he's small, and he's not fast enough to consistently blow by NBA defenders from what I've seen.

He was fast enough until he tore his ACL and sprained his MCL in December 2021. That injury really sapped him.

Team might just not be willing to throw that many 2nds at a temp fix.

Decent role guys are getting moved for 2nds
Rui, Vincent, JHS, Reddish, Hayes and 2nds should be on the table. Maybe a swap
Is nobody going to get Bruce Brown or DFS? Both guys can close out playoff games and they are just sitting
