There's some people right here on this very board who think AKME are an absolute A-grade masterclass of a front office.
This is unnecessary. Akme are very good. I'm not defending them or criticizing them. They still work for Jerry Reinsdorf. Don't act like he and his son isn't manipulating every move they make. We know they need permission to be themselves. Plus these deals on the table are trash. If coby white made a leap in growth then somehow Patrick Williams can do the same within the next 3 years were still a very good team.
In that case you prolong demar, vucevic, zach. Drummond is a steal as a back up center. We have to wait on lonzo ball as well. He was the right player for those 3 star level players. Ppl act like lonzo did alot. He shoots 3s. He's elite defense, and can pass the ball with great precision. I know he can be that player again. Now ayo and coby have arrived or ayo is just getting started. Bring in another shooter.
People criticizing them for staying afloat. And I must be the only one who's supportive on Javon Carter. He can shoot very good. Just he's been overwhelmed. He will figure it out. His only problem is he's thinking and not playing. If they still want to trade zach or demarbthen that works. Just one may need to go. Coby makes it easier to move on from one of them.
Let Patrick Williams step up his game and watch how that drastically improves this team.i know half these posters don't fully understand basketball. If they do make a deal for Drummond by the time I'm finished making this post then so be it. But I'm against it.
