I've stated before I'm okay with standing pat for only this season. But either this Summer or next trade deadline, I will genuinely be calling into question their competency if they don't make clear upgrades to the roster.

This was a difficult trade deadline for our front office. Players fitting perfectly Paolo's and Franz's games made available for reasonable price. Pressure building, many would break.

But not Weltman. He indeed has a backbone and prowess not to raise expectations just 7 years into a role. Magic will continue evaluating at least a year, hazzard avoided, bullet dodged.

What a crapfest. I just can't comprehend it. There was a great chance of improving our play-off chances without impacting the future cap if needed. It's unforgettable, I'm officialy done with Weltman.

Not surprised we didn't do anything but not sure what Was is thinking by not getting something out of tyus. I guess they want to resign him, but honestly that really shouldn't be the game plan as they are many years away from relevance.

We all have to accept that even though we have championship caliber players and a great coach, we don’t have a front office or ownership group that’s committed to winning.

It’s as simple as that.

I accepted this long ago but it still kinda sucks to be reminded.

The organization holds him in much higher regard than this board does.

Sigh it is what it is. Gonna root for the guys that are here still but will probably be very snappy towards the team if things go south this season. This overall passiveness won't be tolerated in the coming seasons. At some point, decisions will need to be made on bringing this roster to the next level.
