We all have to accept that even though we have championship caliber players and a great coach, we don’t have a front office or ownership group that’s committed to winning.

It’s as simple as that.

I accepted this long ago but it still kinda sucks to be reminded.

Yea the more I pay attention the more I get the impression that this is the case. Sure wish we had engaged, aggressive ownership like Dallas but I'm pretty sure the Devos trust is pretty comfortable just sitting and doing nothing. They are more into their Christian bs, Hockey and buying as much real estate as they possibly can.

Not making a move wouldn’t bother me as much if AB and Jett were getting minutes. The team literally gave Queen more minutes than their lotto pick. Somehow Utah finds minutes for Keyonte. Somehow OKC finds minutes for Cason. But we can’t because we’re supposedly focused on winning… while trotting out subpar shooters night in and night out.

And that's just it.... how as fans could anyone be ok with this??? If this was any have way decent/competent organization they would have been in a riot if moves where not made to improve the teams.

Especially when the said moves are clear as day that need to be made. It's just comical at this point from top to bottom. This is why no one takes this organization serious.

Because the fanbase for this team is mild at best. Hell, there is no real passion for any prefessional Florida sports team if we are being real. Perfect place to enjoy warm weather, no income tax and no pressure from fans to accomplish anything.

The thing about it at this point is you can bet Paolo & Franz are frustrated the Magic didn't make any moves. The current roster construction makes their jobs pretty damn difficult

I don't think that's a certainty. They're still kids essentially. They're also great friends with everyone on the roster. They're probably relieved everyone is still here.

I know they want to win and would like more spacing, but they're humans too.

You have incredible amount of expiring money that will be gone , you have logjam of assets that can't see the floor, majority of moves people wanted were very low risk moves that would inhance our playoff/play in chances and we elect do to **** nothing.

It's just lazy BS right here.

They could’ve phoned in a trade for a guy at the 15th roster spot and at least it would look like you’re trying.

The key to skating by at work doing minimal effort is to occasionally look lively.
