So I've previously read Olynyk couldn't be signed as a buyout, yet his salary (either this year or the duration of his contract (average annual value) is a sliver under $12.4 million. Is he available or not to 2nd apron teams if Toronto buys him out?

He can be signed by 2nd apron teams. But Raps are keeping him so moot point.

I saw nothing out of Banton vs some potential out of Springer while watching the Sixers. I'm not sure what the story is on Tillman's offense this year, but he was a pretty good player his first three years vs Stevens who got little run here.

Joseph has been around the block. Kinda meh, but you're right he brings a little something to the table.

I'd rather look for a bigger wing shooter to be waived, but not sure who fits the 12.4 salary limit.

If he can make a name for himself as a defender, get to the rack on the break, and bring his 3pt up to 34% or so, he may be a keeper.
