EDIT: I do think it's a tad overblown, but it is also real.
Hauser could get targeted by Butler too. Hauser often struggles to defend guys who are either really quick or really strong. I think I recall there's been times in the past vs Miami where Butler took Hauser into the post and overpowered him pretty easily to score.
That's why I was hoping we'd get some type of upgrade at the deadline - someone (either a guard or wing) with more strength, more defensive ability so that would be less of a concern.

Yeah, he knows where to sit on the Boston bench.

He's setting picks, hitting threes, making passes. Looks like he's laboring with some movements -- a lot of miles and injuries on those legs. I would not expect much on the defensive end, but he should be good for 10-15 minutes a game when he gets hot. Question is whether he has the Blake attitude and can be brought out of the moth balls, or does he need minutes and touches. I'd still like to see him in the finals with the C's

Didn't overpay for guys that weren't gonna move the needle. My main complaint with Brad is there's not much to complain about.
Nobody else really killed it. Maybe the Knicks, but, it's more about OG and his injury than Bojan and Burks. I do think they did well, though. Royce/Roddy to the Suns is pretty solid for them, but it's not like we're not gonna see them in the Finals.
Detroit and Toronto were entertaining.
The PatBev / Doc reunion for Payne and a 2nd was probably the highest entertainment to talent ratio trade I can think of in a while.

Queta stays on his 2-way. No need to convert him now, with Tillman onboard..he won't come close to that 50 game maximum for a 2-way.
If Celtics got Osman there is absolutely no need for Svi. Release Svi and sign Queta for more big man depth the the playoffs

Same. Opposite.

For the role we ask Pritchard to do I think Spencer could do it about 99% as well on offense and somewhere near 10000000x better on defense.

If you can’t get an overall great player they are in a spot to bring in a guy or two that does one thing really well. Landing a couple tough defensive hustle guys feels like a good move.
