Can't forget Derrick Murray. He kept our 3pt streak alive.

Forderon is a mandatory include.

Re: Top 5 point guards in Raps History
I’d take Damon over anyone not named Lowry.
Also I feel like TJ Ford has become very underrated, it’s a shame that awful injury [Horford…] robbed us of more years.

Re: Top 5 point guards in Raps History
Lowry, Stoudemire, Calderon and VanVleet for sure. After that you have a few picks.
Calderon is honestly very underrated. He was bad defensively, but he had a season where by BPM, WS, and VORP where he was a top 20 player and that is a higher peak than most players. A few other very solid seasons as well.
You don't get 14 seasons in the NBA and playing until you're 37 unless you have a lot of good qualities.

Re: Top 5 point guards in Raps History
Alvin was my favorite raptor back when everyone was going Vince crazy. Lunch bucket guy who played the game right. Wasn't crazy talented but just solid and tough.
We don't beat the knicks in that first playoff series win without him. I was so shocked we beat them. I figure that was probably the hilite of his career but not sure.
Him and Iverson used to train together in the off season. I bet that helped Alvin's defense. Everyone is easier to guard if you talking bout practise with Iverson. Anycase....I put Alvin above Damon just because he was part of our first serious and competitive team. Damon was a star on a crap team that put up big stats.
Kyle
Fred
Alvin
Jose
Damon (I guess)

We've only really had Lowry that was noteworthy and that I care to recall.
