There was a list of like 10-15 guys who Boston was rumored to be interested in over the past couple of months. Brad didn't trade for any of them..he ends up scooping up 2 guys who no one was talking about. I think 1 person mentioned Tillman as a possible target for us on here awhile ago and that's it.

Brad is stealth..

Dont know if it was rumored in the media, but Tillman was much discussed here at least.

From media reports, we were never really linked to Tillman AFAIK but people on here talked about him as a possibility for big man depth (a couple posters really wanted him).

What do you guys, and gals, think about signing 2nd Round Picks (& Undrafted), at this time?
A lot of them have either had time to prove themselves, or shown that they're Not NBA-caliber.

Wright would be ideal.

Then maybe Gallo if he wanted to knowing he wouldn’t play much.

I’d even be fine taking a swing at Hayes if Brad and coaches see something they could develop longer term.

I'm going of box stats alone, but Thad Young seems washed.

And off the same (possibly flawed) basis Marcus Morris seems like he could be worth kicking the tires on.

Marcus Morris was part of the toxic locker room back in 2018-19.

Pass on both Thad and Marcus.

Celtics reset roster:

Holiday, Pritchard
White, Springer, Mykhailiuk
Brown, Hauser, Walsh
Tatum, Tillman, Brissett
Porzingis, Horford, Kornet

Two way: Queta, Davison, Peterson

Could easily see the Celtics interested in a 3/4. I think Thad Young probably has a real chance of being a Celtic.

Like I said, going to be interesting to see what the Celtics and Brad Stevens do for the balance of the year

Edit: I forgot Brissett. Celtics are pretty balanced. The buyout player could come from just about any position

It looks alright for a Roster; barring the dreaded = Injury Bug.

So it's between Gallo, Frank the Tank, Killian Hayes, and Furcan't Korkmaz. The buyout/waiver market is rough.

How are the Cs not the #1 option for Gallo? What because he's butthurt they traded him? Needs to get over it.
