I'll give Mitch some credit for these trades, I just don't want him part of the future building thanks.

Re: FIRE MITCH!
This is how I imagine it went. Mitch said hey we can trade Pj for this or for this? Which do you like? Hey Miles can be dealt for this, do you want to trade him or kept him? Gordon we can do this and get these players and picks or we can hold him?
Then owners consulted “outside sources” which is probably Nets guy they will hire to be new GM on what he thinks is best. I assume he will be here in a few weeks from the reporting and Mitch will take some cushy role for rest of year and maybe next during transition.

It would be fascinating to learn what was going on behind closed doors and with who, but I did see something I believe from the Athletic that suggested Mitch would be done after the deadline. So we will see by this time next week or maybe after Lowry gets bought out.

Mitch says Lowry should be resolved within the next 24 to 48 hours. Thanked Gordon and PJ, saying it was emotional for Washington…PJ got “a little teary eyed”.
Also said he can’t directly comment on free agency, but noted how well Miles has played, and can’t envision the Hornets not wanting him back to play for a very long time.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

Re: FIRE MITCH!
Mark saw "the best specialist in the country" and "will be evaluated in another 4 weeks but won't promise he can play by then". Mark's back issue is obviously serious and we should be planning for no Mark Williams next season.

I'm not at all surprised it wasn't Hayward that got emotional. The guy didn't give two ****. So glad he is gone.

Hayward came for the bag, that is it.
