Re: Roster Spots
Man, feel bad for Ish. Guy came out of retirement only to be waived.
Would've been cool to have 4 Charlotte area natives on the team at once.

Re: Roster Spots
Frank is low key one of our worst signings ever.
Signed to be backup PG. Broke his leg. Kept him anyway despite being unguaranteed.
And now he gets waived after playing a combined 44 minutes across 5 games in which he scored 5 total points on 11% shooting. No steals, no blocks, 4 fouls, 4 assists and 6 rebounds. He did go 2-2 on his FT's though.
Truly awful. A wasted roster spot and wasted money.

Somewhere in Charlotte right now Steve Clifford is ugly crying.
I'm glad we didn't keep Frank, a total bust of a signing we all saw coming a mile away.

Nah, I bet Cliff is rock hard. Dude just replaced 3 guys who are awful and can't shoot the ball. With Mann, Williams, Bertans, Curry...
Crazy how much we improved our shooting at the end of the rotation.

Re: Roster Spots
Looking back
Our opening day roster (including 2way) possibly had 5 to 9 guys that wouldn't make any other rosters. 50% of our roster was so bad they wouldn't make any other team. Shocking honestly.
Mensah... technically not on opening day
Kai
Bouk
Ish
Frank
Thor
Leaky
Bryce
Bailey

Re: Roster Spots
Guess we weren't ready to buy Lowry out even though everyone knew this was coming.
Once we negotiate that buy out, will we have one spot open?
Do we take a flyer on someone for the rest of the year? Any ideas? I know we have a ton of guards, but how about Killian Hayes? I'm looking at young players b/c vets will be going to contenders.

We badly need a big man, even if he’s marginal. Need guys for practice and in case of emergency.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

My guess is either we bring Nnaji over... or we promote Amari Bailey up and then add another 2 way big.
