I recommend this for once he gets here and starts playing. For now keep his trade discussion in the other threads.

I have a question. Can Morris play a rehab game in Iowa? Or is he not allowed because he played for Pistons since his injury?

Important note, via Dane Moore

It's pronounced Mon-TAY, not Mon-TEE

Is it crazy to want Monte to play a game tonight in Iowa just to help the rehab? Maybe 20 minutes of no stakes basketball just to jack up some shots and help with his shooting on tired legs?

We have a nice break in the schedule to help him ramp up.

I get that. But even in the presser he talked about just needing time on the court. What better way to get that than a rehab game with a little slower pace and no stakes. I kinda want this to become a thing similar how to baseball players maybe play a game or three in AAA just to get their swing back. In basketball it is all about your cardio and your shot while on tired legs. Just feels like a golden opportunity for 20-23 minutes of rehab.

I can just imagine little league Monte turning it over and running to the stands to apologize to his mom and make sure she still has her purse.

Fantastic signing if healthy, cant wait to get a proper backup PG (no offense JMAC, but he will be unplayable in playoffs).

Will he play on monday for us?

And reading the other ruined Morris thread, if anyone even utters a hand combined with any temperature changes in this thread, Know that:

Hopefully Monte can come in and act as kind of a hand warmer for the all guys.

I love it  , but if it's all the guys you can't isolate on one hand to feed.
The hands that don't get fed will turn into cold hands.
