Rose did a hell of alot under the gun but if he offered the Wizards their own 1st back, Sims and other scrap filler for Gaffords and got it the Knicks are able to weather the injury storm but without Mitch, iHart, Randle and OG the Knicks are the smallest team in the league. We lost this game on defense not offense. Yet the realization is every single one of our best defenders were out injured.

I’m not getting low and negative unless we lose games in demoralizing fashion once our team is whole.

But one thing is for certain, I’d love to play this Pacers team in the playoffs when the games matter and our defenders are back.

I wanna stomp the smile off Haliburton’s face… and then offer Siakam a toothbrush so he can use it on them yellow ass uniform matching giggling teeth, with great pace.

I figure the Knicks play .333 ball until OG and Randle return, which unfortunately is probably at least 6 weeks from now.

After that they'll have 11 games to integrate everyone before the playoffs.

I’m not getting low and negative unless we lose games in demoralizing fashion once our team is whole.

But one thing is for certain, I’d love to play this Pacers team in the playoffs when the games matter and our defenders are back.

Having said that, Boggy and Burks played well for their first game.
Taj has nothing left, and that’s the key to the loss. Sims had a chance at minutes, but couldn’t gut it out. Disappointing.
I’m surprised McBride couldn’t guard McConnell.
Brunson was incredible as usual.
Hopefully we’ll get IHart and Sims back by Monday.

So far the Knicks have had pretty much the worst case scenario with injuries. Plus, if you weren't paying attention, they are being deliberately cute and vague about how long the recovery etc will take.

Yeah, I'll stick with it's 5 or 6 weeks before you see OG and Randle.

iHart might come back in 2 weeks to hobble around on his reduced achilles like he did last year though.

Burks is not a guy I want to rely on. I feel good with Bogie in the rotation, but would want to sit Burks when he's bricking.

These concepts are alien to Thibs. Burks is his guy. He'll play Burks in triple OT when he has gone 3-25.
