Herro is not a superstar, and won’t net better talent. The real problem is the front office. Just take a look at the Celtics acquisition this season, Porzingis size and skills. The Heat could at least have targeted him, but it is not in the mystical blueprint of the current front office.

Hes the streakiest, worst point of attack defender we have. But when he puts it together for short burst the potential is high, i just don't think he will ever. Take this little run for example here, thanks to him. But hell go 0-5 in the fourth when we needed the most and thats game, and this little run of his meant nothing.
