I'd throw the farm at Jaren Jackson Jr.

I've been envisioning him on the spurs for a while now.

They can definitely deal with A high usage point guard. And we've seen what he's done with Clint as a lob threat alone... I can only imagine what else he can do with players like Jeremy and wemby. Him and vassell would make a good backcourt.... but wemby will be in the back lines for them.

Yea I don't like Young all that much but he makes a ton of sense on the Spurs.

I’d entertain Klay on a front loaded deal with a 3rd year team option something like 3 years 75 million 50 guaranteed. Hell we just paid Gary and Kelle 30 million to miss games and open shots haha.

Klay could be a vet who plays solid defense and has tremendous “gravity” to open driving lanes for P5 and Franz.

You really think 5 times allstar, 4 time champion, one of best shooters in nba history is taking "team friendly" deal from anybody , let alone non contender?

I would wince if I saw he got traded to us. Dejounte I'm down for and that's pretty much it from that team. Well... aj green would be nice too. Haha.

Whoever we get ... personally will still have to have a defensive identity built in because I think that's one of the strengths of our team and why we typically stick to Fultz and black at the position.... and Cole is used as a microwave off the bench and high usage player. Slowing down the teams office from the point of attack is important to our team defense. Having a siv at that position is not a choice for them... dejounte I think can be better with a shift of focus.... he has all the tools that's for sure.

If healthy, I think Kennard has a slight advantage. He can handle the ball some and is 1.5" bigger than Allen, even tho Allen has a 2" longer wingspan. Memphis also has a team option for Kennard. They may not pick up his option since they are close to the luxury tax.

I think we disagree on what contract Klay would be able to get on the market. I can see us having to guarantee all 3 years at 75million but what type of contract do you think he gets at 34 years old?

I'm not the biggest Trae guy, but I'm hungry for a player who can shoot and score and be an offensive hub. Sign me up
Play Jase or Trade for Alvarado

Kennard might have 2inches on Allen but in terms of defense, Allen makes up for it. If we stick with our identity of hard-nosed defense, then Grayson is our pick

Grayson is from Jacksonville, so Orlando was his closest NBA team growing up. I assume his family is still in Florida.

lol where does JJJ fit in any lineup?

Are we tying 75% of our cap in forwards/bigs?

He could play center and fill Isaac's role.
